Patrick (our driver and tour guide) was fantastic! He was funny, personable and very knowledgeable. He went out of his way at the end of the tour as well. Djono in the Big Bus office was great as well. Can’t recommend this experience enough if you want to sit back and relax on the drive to Muir Woods!

What a SPECTACULAR Experience. Our Guide, DARA, was amazing. She is a local San Francisco girl & was a wealth of knowledge. It’s a small group tour so our family of 5 got a private tour. We started at the Cable Car Museum & she explained the history & engineering of the street cars. Then we walked to China Town & had the yummiest yogurt drinks, dim sum & musubi. Our next stop was a bakery for Pineapple buns, which are like sweet rolls. Then we walked over to North Beach (Little Italy) & had the most authentic & freshest focaccia pizza & ended at a bakery run by an Italian family for Gelato. Dara was absolutely amazing.. 10 stars & 10 thumbs up!!! She is a wealth of knowledge & so personable & friendly. Even our teenage daughter loved the tour! There is a lot of walking so wear comfy sneakers & travel light… purses & backpacks get really heavy after you have been walking a while. There is a lot to eat & drink so come hungry! We would highly recommend this tour & only because Dara is such an incredible guide! Don’t think about it.. book now !!

Our tour guide Ben was very nice and helpful about questions that we had. He gave so much information about every area we passed on the way to and from the Muir Woods. The woods were amazing to see and then we stopped in Sausalito. Some people had oyster specials while we had some delicious ice cream that Ben recommended. I would totally recommend this tour!

Awesome Saturday

Great way to get some exercise done hile enjoying beautiful Golden Gate views! Eli was very approachable and made the tour entertaining, never left anyone behind, that was worth noting too. I'd say if you don't ride a bike and your cardio isn't the best, might be a good idea to go for the ebike, unless you are up for a cool challenge. I kept the bike and went all the way up to Tiburon and returned the bike until 6 pm after having a fantastic day. Would totally return with these guys again!

Best tour in San Francisco

One of the best Tours I have ever experienced.. The boat ride was fun. The view was incredible.. the audio tour and the guided tour put everything into perspective being able to set foot in the cells and see how the actual prisoners lived was eye-opening. I found the tour to be informative and interesting. The views from the ferry and island were amazing too.

Wonderful tour!

This tour was wonderful! Even though recent shutdowns left us unable to visit the woods, the owner and guide were amazing and worked with us to change our itinerary and we had a blast! The open air jeep was fun and they even provided blankets if we got chilled! Such a great time I would book again!

Fabulous Food and Tour!

There was so much I didn’t know about Chinatown and I’ve lived in the Bay Area for 50+years! And the food was fabulous and plentiful. Stretch Pants Tours was fantastic and so accommodating for my GF/pescatarian diet. I highly recommend taking this tour. Be sure to wear your stretchy pants!
