If you don’t do it, you’re missing out!

Chris was amazing. He had tons of knowledge of the animals and the area, because this tour is more individualized you are able to see what your actually there for which is the animals - so there was an area the manatees were at and we were able to go there and hang out- rather than trying to get a certain path done which the other tour seems to do. When we came up to large gators he was able to help push us out of the way even if the kayak was floating closer to the gator. Also Chris took tons of videos and pictures which he airdropped to everyone after the experience, his underwater videos help you see what you can’t from the kayak and are so cool. Recommend buying an underwater case for your phone if you want to have similar videos of your own. Definitely considering coming back in Jan/Dec when there are more manatees in the area. Loved this experience, definitely recommend, support small businesses and have an unforgettable time! The underwater photos in my review are from Chris

Definitely Worth It!!

This was such an awesome experience!!! I saw a billboard and was able to book with less than 2 hours to the launch time. The 3 hours was more than enough time to do my solo tour and make it back. I must admit that I was a little nervous about the alligators, but Frank reassured me that they wouldn’t bother me at all. I remember seeing a picture of a woman and her little baby in a kayak so I knew if they could do it, so could I. The alligators were really chill. It was so smooth of a process. The cost was so affordable and worth every penny. Even with it being spring break, it still wasn’t too crowded. I needed this relaxation in nature and Frank was so kind and informative! I’d definitely do this again with Silver Springs!

We had an incredible time spotting all the birds, fish, and the magnificent manatees. Our guide, Jeff, was brimming with extensive knowledge about all the creatures we encountered. I highly recommend this experience; we’re already planning our next visit.

Very much worth it, our...

Very much worth it, our boat captain was Ally and she was very knowledgeable about gators and the lake we toured. There’s a lot of wildlife to look at. I would suggest the tour for people who really enjoy wildlife. I went with my teenager and 11 year old and 90 minutes was the perfect amount of time. Also, there is a lot of construction on the way to the boats, so when they say get there 30 mins early they mean it.

Fun time! But we were disappointed that we weren't all able to sit together. We were a group of 15. The person that did the booking for me had to split the order into 2 groups and didn't put a note in the computer that we were all together and they couldn't accommodate us at one table.

Very flexible, I booked for 2pm pick up but plans changed and they were able to move to 6pm (with 1 month notice). On day of pick up, communication was great (both via text and calls, tracking was provided for driver so you knew exactly when they’d arrive). Driver was 30 minutes late due to traffic, but ride was smooth and easy.

Brilliant experience

Wonderful, unique experience with outstanding food and service. Can’t recommend this cruise enough, boarding was great, really easy, food is 5 star quality and the staff really our attentive. Really enjoyed this tour and you get an extra drink if you fill in survey. The cruise takes you to all the famous points in the river. Worth the money.

Great trip

Great trip, enough to see all the beautiful buildings along the river. We went at 18.00 so these were lit up and very impressive. Drinks well organised and brought to your seats. Booked via the app and scanned ticket sent via email. Boarded in front of the Marriott, give yourself a little bit of time to cross the busy road.

This was such a fun...

This was such a fun experience! After a little confusion at the park entrance, we found our guide Stevie and the adventure began. We are from the Pacific Northwest, so this beautiful waterway with its many springs was a most amazing few hours. As advertised, we saw manatees, many birds, turtles, and alligators. Stevie was great. Knowledgeable and personable, we learned a lot about the history of the park. All the while we were busy with our paddles, he was taking photos for us, even a few underwater videos. It was a great afternoon and I'm so glad we took the time to spend it on this tour.

Entry Tricky, Everything Else Easy

The Viator voucher system doesn’t easily translate into tickets at Kennedy Space Center. I had to go to Group Sales and the clerk had to write the Viator information on a pad of paper. Then the tickets were handed over. Good thing it wasn’t crowded on the day we went. But once inside, everything was great.

Amazing place

This is a beautiful place to visit. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was closed for remodeling but they had a food truck with good food. The butterfly area is beautiful too. We had the hour tour and saw a good amount of alligators and even a couple cows from land near by lol . Our tour guy was very kind. I say take this is you are in the area.
