Our guide/driver Dirceu is professional, punctual and polite. He is very knowledgeable about the intricates of the city. Within the first hour, the information provided is truly overwhelming. We felt well taken care of during the journey.

The driver was a knowledgeable and professional guide, and his car was very clean and comfortable.
He was very flexible and took us to the places we wanted to go as well as places on the itinerary and others that he recommended. Nothing was too much trouble for him as he stopped to allow us to take photos wherever possible.

You see so much more than imagined!! It felt like we saw the whole city! I am so glad we did. Our tour guide was amazing. He had so much history and facts about the city, the people, the architecture, and different film locations as well.

A fabulous tour that came with even more adventures than originally listed. Our driver was very conversational and showed us spots we now have plans to come back to and learn more about on foot. Great experience overall, would do again.

Our driver was very personable and professional. We toured by driving around many of the landmarks, drove down Lombard Street. Around Chinatown, The Embarcadero, Union Square. He knew so much of the history and backstory. The car was very comfortable. He met us on time and made a couple changes in the plan as we requested. A good value and a wonderful experience

Great tour of downtown San Francisco! Direcu was a great driver! He was informative and told us a lot of history about the places we visited. He let us visit without us feeling rushed. Enjoyed this tour a lot. The car is nice and big.

Take this tour! The value is absolutely worth it. We had a group of six, one nine year old and one 73 year old with mobility issues, and they both loved the experience. Our driver was knowledgeable, courteous, and went out of his way to make sure we saw the sights we wanted and that we were able to get out of the vehicle for photos when needed. I will book this again when more visitors come out to SF and ask to see the city.

The trip was very good. Weekends may not be the prime time to do the tour as parking is more difficult. The driver was very knowledgable and very easy to get along with. I STRONGLY recommend you do this tour privately unless you want your tour ruined by these New Jersey types. I speak from more than one experience on that. Driver Dericeu was laid-back and accommodating. I recommend highly the private tour.

Made a great decision on booking this tour with Dirceu! The reviews speak for themselves but you always wonder if your guide will really be as good as the reviews say. The answer is YES. No need to read all of the reviews, Dirceu was welcoming, patient, informative, and an awesome driver in the SF traffic and on those hills. We loved the fact that he was able to take us to places that we would have surely missed on any hop-on hop-off bus tour. Thank you Dirceu!

This was our first trip to San Francisco. Our driver Dirceu was fantastic, he took us all over San Francisco and was very informative. Absolutely the best tour, so glad we chose that tour.
