Our guide Dustin was simply brilliant. Offering a very knowledgable commentary of all activities and answering many questions. Prompt pick up and drop off. Ticked all boxes of a great trip..

This was a wonderful tour with a peaceful walk in Muir Woods. For seniors there is the option to decline the entry fee and use your National Park Pass. Several on our tour didn’t realize this. The stop in Sausalito was nice for the ice cream and views, our guide took us on a drive through the headlands stopping for the most magnificent views of San Francisco. Highly recommend this small group tour!

We called notifying operator that we would be late for 5 minutes maximum because we were currently parking; Operator said ok that is fine; We arrived 2 minutes late (instead of the 5 minutes) and the van was already gone; called the driver and he was very irate and even happy and proud that we missed him by 2 minutes; Why say that you will wait 5 minutes and then leave all of a sudden? Called again to see if we can just take the next tour (not even asked for a refund) and then the clown just brushed us off; He wouldn’t even turn down his TV so he can listen and understand what I was saying. Called back and he wouldn’t answer any phone calls anymore. Book another company not this one. Clown tours.

A nice excursion but some more time in Muir Natural Monument would add a lot to the whole experience.

Our tour guide Ben was very nice and helpful about questions that we had. He gave so much information about every area we passed on the way to and from the Muir Woods. The woods were amazing to see and then we stopped in Sausalito. Some people had oyster specials while we had some delicious ice cream that Ben recommended. I would totally recommend this tour!

Dustin was a capable tour guide & driver. Good content & a safe driver. The stop at the Golden Gate Bridge overlook was good and 10min was an adequate time. The time at Muir Woods was a bit short ( slightly more than an hour). We could have easily spent more time here —it was beautiful. The hour at Sausalito was more than enough. Shops & some places to eat, but not enough time to do any eating other than an ice cream. We would have gladly traded the time for more time at Muir Woods.
Overall a good tour. The tour is listed at 5 hours (approx. ). Actual time was almost exactly 4 hrs.

This was a great trip to Muir Woods, a nice, serene, lovely place among the redwoods. Our well informed guide Dustin did a great job informing us the history of the area and a lot of interesting details. I highly recommend the tour!

The tour is primarily transportation to and from. It is expensive for what is included. Not enough time in Sausalito to enjoy.

Stayed back in Sausalito. 1 hour just wasn't enough time to check things out. Took the ferry back. We'll worth it.

This trip was absolutely wonderful! Our tour guide, Roman, was so funny and kind. He took showed us a little bit around the bay before getting on the bridge. He is very knowledgeable and taught us some very interesting information! We had plenty of times both at Muir woods and Sausalito. Would definitely recommend. The trip is kid friendly as well.

Just so fascinating walking thru Muir with all the giant Redwoods. Absolutely beautiful trees.

Our driver/guide was great and told us things we never knew living in California all our lives. The Woods was so peaceful and a nice cool invironment to reflect. We stopped by the cafe for a snack and we were impressed by their care of recycling.

Fantastic tour. Just the right length. More than one hour in the woods and another hour in Sausalito.
Katya gave us some history, some geography, some climate, and some neighborhood information. She was well organized and very interested in what we preferred.
She even switched the photo op of the Golden Gate Bridge from on the way out to on the way back, when the fog lifted. This shows the amount of care she took to make our tour perfect!

Here's my honest review of this tour taken on Fri 5/24/24
- *** This tour is not for people with motion sickness *** Read below and you will understand.
- pick up/drop off "On Time" as expected
- The car, it was Mercedes Sprinter with high cieling, appeared to be in good shape. This is a plus.
- However, the seatings are terrible - it's a little small and too many seats thus it leaves very little space to get to the back seats. Typically, not all passengers are all tiny people, thus it felt squeezed with fully booked tour. This is a minus.
- tour guide/driver. As a tour guide, he was okay. As a driver, he might need to drive more smoothly in curves. unfortunately, roads to/from Muir wood is very windings - passengers in back two rows are in for a not so fun ride.
- About stop 1 at SFC Golden Gate Vista View Point for 10 min, this is good
- About Muir Wood, this was excellent but 1.5 hrs is too short.
- About Sausalito stop. It is useless. It felt like being dumped and you had to go figure thing out on your own. .. on that strip of street there was nothing much to see, eat, or buy. It could have been better staying longer at Muir wood.
- About the tour guide having to "make time" to drop us off at Pier 33 to pickup afternoon group - this is most likely why the trip I took was rated only 2 stars. Because I felt rushed, had light headed from the drive although I am not having motion sickness. The lady sitting next to me threw up ... first on the way out of Muir woods park, second on the way back from Sausalito. The driver kept driving, the bus is not equipped with any plastic bags, wet tissues... nor Febreze.
