All day affair with the wonderful Viktor
Early morning start as drive from San Francisco to Yosemite Valley took about 5-6 hours accounting for traffic and necessary breaks like breakfast and bathroom use. The tour guide, Viktor, was excellent. His knowledge of the area mixed with his personal experiences kept the tone and mood of the day lighthearted, enjoyable, and inclusive. Viktor’s focus was always on giving us the best experience possible for things within his control. Yosemite itself and the history of its coming to national attention is very interesting and beautiful. We had about one hour and 40 minutes to explore the area around the Yosemite valley lodge area. On our way out of the valley, we stopped by a field to observe El Capitan. Viktor took the time to bring his own spotting scope to let us see a climber ascending El Capitan and explain some of the equipment required to climb. The giant sequoias was a bit of a disappointment as there were literally about a handful found when I was expecting a forest-full of them. The walk was enjoyable and not too difficult. Overall, prepare for a long day that was well managed by our tour guide, Victor.

Delicious!
We had a fun afternoon exploring Chinatown and North Beach with Bryan last week. The good was delicious, the history was fascinating, and the local businesses made sure fun and interesting shopping. We like to do a good tour in every city we travel to and San Francisco didn't let us down.

Fun way to see SanFrancisco!!
Tara was an excellent tour guide! We had a great time and got to learn about SanFran while listening to good music and cuddling with her sweet dog, Rosie, who sat with us! Highly recommend this tour for the first day of your trip to learn about different neighborhoods and get recommendations on local spots to check out!

Great and unique way to learn about San Fransisco
This tour was amazing! We had a limited amount of time in San Francisco and wanted a local experience to show us some cool places. Could not be happier with this tour, we got to see places I never would have thought about, and the tour guide was amazing with the kids. Highly recommend, we’ll be suggesting this to anyone we know is heading to SF.

If you're heading to the City by the Bay, it's fitting to begin your explorations by boat. Get romantic aboard a vessel that cruises right under the Golden Gate Bridge, or indulge your macabre side on an Alcatraz Island day trip. Once you're back on dry land, there's more to see: San Francisco tours range from street-food crawls, and Chinatown walks to hop-on, hop-off bus circuits that make navigating those famous hills easier. And don't forget to spend some time beyond city limits. With blockbuster attractions from Wine Country and Yosemite to Muir Woods nearby, it'd be rude not to.
