Andre was our guide for this tour and he was absolutely fantastic! He led us through 4 hours of extremely interesting stories about the history of Chinatown and North Beach as well as many fun facts about current events. Isabella was knowledgeable about Chinatown and North Beach. She was pleasant, and accommodating regarding dietary needs. I was a bit concerned when we sampled food on the street corner for the first two stops, as it was a bit awkward, but the rest of the tour's tastings allowed for seating in establishments. I feel this provided a better experience. My crew especially enjoyed the food during the second half of the tour. We even returned to the candy shop the next day. The pizza was fantastic.

We enjoyed our tour and our guide, Andre was awesome and was able to provide us with so much history and great stories about the city's past. He also told us a lot about the realties of the city post COVID which I found really interesting and made me want to explore other areas of the city even more to get a true appreciation for the city as a whole. Highly recommend checking this out to have some great food and learn a lot about the city and it's history.

Excellent Food & Local Insights with a Great Guide

Our whole family enjoyed this tour including our two teenagers. We learned so much about Chinatown and North Beach, got to go into a bunch of restaurants and shops we might have missed, enjoyed a variety delicious food, desserts, and teas that we would not have tried otherwise.
