Viator had good communication with me and was able to answer any questions. We received the confirmation email right away and frequent updates before our trip. I like that the tour was limited to 10 people. Small enough to maneuver around the crowd and stick together. Ashton was our tour guide and he was very personable. He had much information to share and was quick to answer any questions we had. He was patient to allow us to take pictures along the tour and was able to direct us to our next stop after the tour. We are really happy we had Ashton as our tour guide.

Fabulous Falls Adventure!

This experience is great value for money. The ride to the top of the Skylon tower gives you excellent views of the Falls. Going behind the Falls is great, to hear all the noise that the gushing water makes is indescribable! The ride on the boat, Maid of the Mist is phenomenal BUT be prepared to get wet. They supply plastic ponchos which help to keep some of the water off but I think part of the whole experience is to get a good soaking, you just have to laugh about it! I would say one negative thing and that was we were supposed to pass by certain points of interest on our way to the Falls, i.e Dufferin Island, International control dam and Toronto power generating station to name a few but these weren’t pointed out to us by our driver. It would have been a better experience if he had engaged with us a bit more! Don’t let that put you off, it’s an experience well worth doing!!

Happy I didn’t MIST this experience

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed it and the breathtaking close-up view of the fall was spectacular. God really does show off his greatest creations and allows us to be in awe of it. Thank you to our wonderful tour guide, his name escapes me but he called his customer his diamonds. He was extremely knowledgeable and kept us entertained throughout the tour. Definitely recommend.

Alisha, the tour guide was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and personable. She was wonderful with our grandson. My only complaint is that the description needs to clarify that if going from the U.S. side to the Canadian side for your tour, be prepared to not be picked up by a vehicle. We assumed a van or bus would pick us up and drive us to the Skylon for the tour, but instead our guide met us and walked us over the bridge, up a steep hill and across a field to the Skylon. Be prepared, the walk is long and then the actual tour is a walking tour with steep inclines and steps. When done, you then have to walk back to the U.S. side. At least 5 miles of walking. Wear good walking shoes and be in good shape. My legs hurt for days as I’m old and broke down!

Great experience, a must do tour!

Our guide for the evening was Yihu Guo and he honestly made the night very enjoyable. He picked us up from our hotel and our first stop was dinner at Table Rock which was AMAZING, but make sure you are hungry. The food was delicious and generous portions plus our table was facing the falls which added to the experience. The boat ride to see the lights was also great, don't worry they give you a poncho. We got to see the fireworks from the boat, and it was one of the best views. Last stop was the Illumination Tower; learned about the history of the falls and the lights, then we got to change the lights on both falls. The tour was amazing and it was just my fiancée and I so it made the experience even better being personalized to just us.

If going to see Niagra falls, I highly recommend booking a tour through Viator, there are many things to see and do while there and they make it easy to see everything in a few hours.
