This was a very cool way to spend an hour in Soulard! I went with my mom, adult niece, and 15 year old kid. Definitely not material for younger children, but my 15yo and I kept locking eyes as Tim went through each story; we have some new topics to dig deeper into later around our local history. Tim was a fantastic guide. He’s very engaging and entertaining and the tour felt very respectful of the spaces we were in.

My daughter and I had a amazing tour. Wayne is the tour guide and the tour is private. We weren't sure what to expect, especially since we aren't beer drinkers. However we are bbq lovers. With that said he understood and adjusted the tour to fit our liking. We started off at Pappys bbq and it did not disappoint. Being from St. Louis helped with the sightseeing. He is very knowledgeable and proud of his city. We went to Anheuser-Busch, and that was very nice. I got to try four different beers. I must say the St. Louis Catholic Cathedral. Is a must see, and you don't have to be Catholic to appreciate its beauty. We went to another restaurant and other amazing places around the city. My daughter and I enjoyed our tour and highly recommend it. Bonus note. He takes your picture at every spot. I can't wait to see ours. And one last thing to keep in mind. Your tour is private so don't be afraid to let him know you like wine and not beer. Or you just want to sightsee and eat.

Excellent Arch Tour and guide
We did this tour on March 20th in the morning and we both really enjoyed the tour and the information that was shared with us by our tour guide Jim. He shared a lot of interesting information about the city of St Louis and its origins. We wished we had more time to explore.

St. Louis is chock full of history and culture, from its role in America’s blues and jazz scene to its vibrant barbecue culture. St. Louis tours take you on all kinds of adventures in the Gateway to the West, such as going up to the top of the St. Louis Arch, visiting the Basilica St. Louis, and seeing landmarks such as Eads Bridge, the Old Post Office, the Wainwright Building, and City Hall. Aside from walking, you can also tour the city by trolley, bike, or riverboat along the Mississippi.
