Amazing private tour experience!

Pep was wonderful! She showed up on the agreed time, had a nice, clean and spacious vehicle and incorporated our schedule and break requirements since we had a 5 month old with us. We got to see many highlights of the city and the weather was beautiful as well! She spent extra time with us and made sure we got to see the Golden Gate bridge from the other side despite it being blocked by heavy fog on the city side. She was knowledgeable and had interesting stories to share about the different neighborhoods and it's residents. We highly recommend her private tour service!

Pep took us on our private tour of San Fran for 2 and was great! She reached out to me prior to the date of the tour to put together our personal itenerary, arrived early for pick up, and continually asked our preferences for stops, times needed for photos, and general direction. She also seemed to know every piece of history for the city and shared it with us throughout our 4 hour tour. Highly recommend!

Our driver Pat was very knowledgeable of the area and super accommodating. She let us stop and get out wherever we wanted and took lots of pictures of us. This is the best way to see a lot of the city in a short time.

We went with PEP (our guide). She knew lots of the history and was willing to modify to what we wanted to do. Let us out for pictures. She took lots of pictures for us, it was like have a photographer too! She let us eat and shop in China town...we had a great time! Highly recommend.

San Fran City Tour with Pep Cearnal

Pep Cearnal was a delightful host and tour guide! She provided an insightful tour of San Fran, taking us to each and every one of the various districts that make up the city of San Fran. She shared her knowledge of the city and encouraged us to stop and take photos of the many locations that we visited, as well as to graciously assist us in taking group photos of our family in some of those most highlighted sites. We thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon into early evening with Pep and would recommend her to anyone looking for a similar city tour experience.

our tour guide called me...

our tour guide called me to let me know she was double booked so she couldn't provide the service. Then she gave me the phone number of a driver to call to see if he could do her job. Anyway se also told me that my driver was not a good driver so I called him anyway and at the end of the tour he wanted me to charge for the tour that I had already paid in Viator. So it was very disappointment.

I am sorry you feel that way. Viator had booked another tour at the same time. I texted the client immediately after they booked the tour to explain the double booking. They did not respond to my texts for a week. I gave him several options for my availability. He said that he had an event to attend and was unavailable. I asked him to cancel the booking so that he could pay the other driver directly. He did not cancel the tour. I had instructed the driver to ask the client for payment at the conclusion of the tour as I assumed that the client had already cancelled the tour. I was just being honest and told the client that I had not worked with the driver. At the end of the tour, the client said that the driver did a good job. The client had a week to sort this out details and preferred to ignore my texts till the day prior to the tour.
