Johanna was a great guide, you see several city landmarks, before enjoying a lovely walk around Muir Woods. We were dropped it Sausalito to catch the ferry back after some shopping.

Beautiful scenery. Mitch was an excellent tour guide. Do the early morning tour, areas much less crowded and can truly enjoy the beauty of the trees and surrounding areas. Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Ideal weather, and our guide Jonathan provided plenty of insights and history about the city and Muir Woods. Would highly recommend to others! One note that others have said: It’s not an exaggeration that the last few miles of the ride into the park is rough if you’re prone to car sickness. LOTS of twists and turns. Everything else was A+.

The guide was ok. I have experienced better. When we arrived to the bus we were told that Muir Woods was closed due to the government shutdown. It would have been nice to get an email about it. And it would have been nice to get refunded if we chose not to go. Very disappointed in not knowing until the very last minute

Wonderful experience. Easy to meet the driver and the travel to Muir Woods and Sausalito was picture-worthy! Muir Woods in the morning was the best because for the first 60 mins in the park it was basically just us and then it filled up by about 9am. Amazing pictures. Sausalito was good. More a place to grab something to eat and catch a picture of Bay Bridge.

Very curvy switchback road to Muir Woods. We were hoping to get more information about Muir Woods and Sausalito from the driver. Needed more time in Sausalito.
The Redwoods were awesome and very peaceful walk through the woods.

Nice trip! Stopped for short visit at end of Golden Gate Bridge then headed to Muir Woods. Had plenty of time there and also plenty of time at Salsalito. It was nice to have someone do the drive to the woods. It’s very steep and a lot of windy turns.

Wear comfortable tennis or hiking shoes with good grip. The ride to Muir Woods was lots of twists and turns that was a little nauseating, but once you are there it smells amazing and it is soooooo beautiful.

Most of our time was spent in Muir Woods, with a short stop in Sausalito. We rode the ferry back to Ferry Marketplace. Would have enjoyed more information about Muir Woods.

Our tour guide, Lawton gave us a great history lesson on the area and on the beautiful trees and surrounding area. The amount of time was just right, and the option to take the ferry boat back if you wanted more time was great.

Booked by calling rep to ensure distance and pick up location. I was told 10 minutes from hotel but it was 45 min. Had to get an Uber to and from pick up location. On day of, s different rep told me a different address so I paid cash to Uber driver and paid Uber for cancellation of 1st address after ride started. Viator refused to understand the issue. They will continually tell you they are trying to contact vendor but no answer. The rep told me it was a different address. Language barriers were ridiculous!
Driver- nice but New so not a lot of context to the city or areas.
Not considered a guide because she didn't have a lot of context for driving through various areas of the city. I'm sure with time it will improve.
