Anthony was an amazing host and assisted with the itinerary. Which made the trip so much more enjoyable. It was great having someone who knows the valley and could give suggestions that’s locals may only know. Will definitely be booking him for our next trip!!

Great day of wine tasting in Napa Valley. Our driver was early, prepared, and very polite. The vehicle was very nice, clead and comfortable.

very timely pickup buy they dont pick up fron san fran hotel.. paid additional hefty fee for this. I thought it was a winery tour … yes but tasting fees not included. we walked into one of winery thinking it was prearranged and they asked can i help you””” this was the only tour option Viator had at the time I booked for Napa…. we should hqve rented a car … driving servhve was good but i thought it wqs more than just a driver… my mistake

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry there seems to have been some confusion, and I’d like to clarify a few points for accuracy.
Before your tour, I personally called you and explained that pickup from San Francisco is outside our standard service area. I provided three options:
Round-trip pickup with an out-of-area travel fee
Uber to Napa
Ferry to Vallejo
You chose the round-trip pickup option and were given a $50 discount toward the additional travel fee.
Regarding wineries, I asked whether you had reservations or if you preferred point-of-interest walk-in stops. You chose walk-ins. As noted in the tour details, tasting fees are not included unless specifically stated, and winery availability can vary for walk-ins.
Our service is a private driving and sightseeing experience rather than a pre-arranged winery tour with guaranteed tastings. I’m glad to hear you found the driving service timely and professional, and I appreciate you sharing your experience.

Anthony's team made this an incredible experience for us. Met us exactly on time, had fresh water for us constantly and answered our endless questions. Drove responsibly in a luxury SUV, we could not recommend them enough and would do another tour with them in a heartbeat!!
