Make your way to the pier at Fisherman's Wharf in time for your chosen departure time (depending on the season). Listen to relaxing background music and watch the sights pass by on San Francisco Bay.
All cruise vessels operate on bio-diesel — a renewable energy source — and offer heated indoor spaces or outdoor viewing decks. There is no assigned seating or formal dress required during this casual, relaxing evening cruise.
Sunset Bay Cruise: If you embark during late March through early November, you’ll watch the sun setting over the the Pacific Ocean as you cruise toward the Marin Headlands and past the Golden Gate Bridge. Glide past Alcatraz, Angel Island and the San Francisco Bay Bridge.. On your return to Fisherman's Wharf you'll see many more notable sights, including the Presidio, the Marina District and Fort Mason.
City Lights Cruise: In the winter, the cruise makes the most of San Francisco’s spectacular city lights on a twilight tour. After the sun sets over the horizon, you'll glide past San Francisco's modern skyscrapers, historic landmarks, the infamous Alcatraz Island and both the Bay Bridge and Golden Gate Bridge. Enjoy the illuminated skyline — an unmissable San Francisco view.

We booked the sunset cruise last minute. What a beautiful way to end our trip. The views were outstanding. Going under Golden Gate Bridge was definitely a highlight. Staff were very friendly. A variety of drinks and snacks were available too.

Excellent view of Golden Gate Bridge! Lovely atmosphere. The water was a little rough due but only for a bit but that was due to the high winds. You are able to stay inside and it was spacious and the bathrooms were clean. I recommend it and I would go Everyday if I lived here . Getting on was easy. Only hard part was the parking so arrive at atleast 1 hr

It was so much fun! Getting there early will help you get a seat but you can get there a few minutes before your departure and you can just sit outside.

The information that is given during the boat tour is very very interesting. If there's a lot of fog in the bay you may not be able to actually see the bridges.

Tour operators should announce that they are fully booked so guests will need to share tables with others. The ride itself was nice but the tour info was "canned" (pre-recorded) which was about 1/4 to 1/3 of the tour and the other 2/3 to 3/4 was just music...LOUD music. Was rather boring.

The boat ride was wonderful but because of weather, the clouds moved in and took away the sun. Overall it was a great experience.

A quick change in scenery where you get up close to some amazing views. The weather was disappointingly gloomy but understandably unforeseen. Regardless, I still got plenty of great pictures while relaxing on the water.

It was a nice ride, evening was chilly, crew was friendly, everything was quite nice. There were a few highlights pointed out on a speaker system but that was all.
Everything about the ride was good, and I think worth the price. I would have preferred more narration and otherwise everything was pleasant. If anything had been special, or unexpectedly more than ‘good’, I would rate it 5 stars

Nice tour but forsure bring a jacket as it gets very cold on the water and sitting outside. You can go inside the boat but not as good pictures if that's what your looking for. They did have refreshments for purchase so the coffee and hot chocolate was good to warm the hands.

Worth every penny to sail the San Francisco Bay and get closeup views of the Golden Gate bridege, Alcatraz, Sausalito, and the city lights of San Francisco. Great two hour ride!

Sharon gave our family a unique, once in a lifetime tour of Yosemite national park! Her witty stories and lively jokes kept us going over a full day experiencing the totality of one of the genders and most majestic locations in America
There were also stops for gift shops, lunch, food, farm stands, and more! Highly recommend, wonderful experience for the whole family we will remember and cherish forever! A+++!!

Don't take this tour, it's pricey and not as advertised, the description said we'd have an English speaking tour guide, our guide spoke very broken English, the tour listed the itinerary very specifically our guide had no idea, after about 10 minutes into the tour we canceled. The following day I called Viator, explained our experience and was told they would issue a refund, but then I received an email stating that there would be no refund issued, very disappointing, I would not book anything with Viator in the future

You do not get to go to the front of the line if you buy tickets on line in advance. In the summer you won’t be able to see the SF lights at night most of the time because of the fog. But the cruise itself takes you way beyond the GG Bridge so you get to see it from both sides. There’s a nice view of the Sausalito coastline, but I would have liked them to continue past the houseboats. It’s worth it if you know these things in advance and you can only be here during the summer.

The cruise was wonderful! All of the staff were exceptional and friendly. The ride was smooth and comfortable. We sat inside as the weather was cold. Popcorn and drinks were available for purchase.

It was very crowded with difficulty finding a seat. We had to ask a lady if we could sit with her and her family. You didnt dare move to the outside so no one took your place. The boat ride was interesting. The Golden gate bridge was no big deal. Hardly any lights. The Bay bridge was lit up and beautiful.

Very popular attraction, a lot of people, canned talking points about the different islands, Golden Gate Bridge, and Alcatraz. Still, the beauty of the bay and bridges and the night cityscape was worth it! We all had a great experience overall!

Everything was great. From boarding to exiting. Weather was fantastic, of course fog made sunset a little difficult. But it is the bay. Drinks were good and people were friendly.

Half day tour through all parts of the city, short stops in all the major picture locations, just enough time for all the major snaps, great stories and tales from our guide. Highly recommend for half a tour of the city.

this tour was very well prepared, just be at the pier on time if you want to be at the top of the ferry. Amazing views of the Golden Gate and we passed within fifteen yards of Alcatraz from the back of the island, the part you cant see from the city.
