What are people saying about San Francisco

Good food and fun history.
Ryan was an excellent tour guide and host. He knew the history of the area in fascinating detail. He took us to wonderful places to eat. We also stopped at a few non food places that added more color to the tour. I highly recommend this tour to those that love Italian food.

Must do if you like food and history
Andre was a superstar of a tour guide! I was the only person in my tour that arrived alone, and he made me feel very welcome. His knowledge of the city, and curiosity to learn more about the people on the tour were unparalleled. It exceeded my expectations, and would recommend this tour to anyone in town.

Our guide, Mark, gave us...
Our guide, Mark, gave us a great history lesson of both San Francisco, in general, and Chinatown, in particular. The dim sum were delicious, and the focaccia pizza from Golden Boy Pizza was out of this world. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting.

The location of meet up...
The location of meet up is wrong. It’s the corner of Powell and Post in Union Square. 333 Post is the other end of the block. Sacks is no longer there. Thom was an excellent guide. Patient as we hiked up Nob Hill. Answered all our questions. It was just my family so it felt personal.

Move over cable cars—San Francisco is a town best explored on foot. The compact city is 7 square miles (18 square kilometers) of dense neighborhoods, historic alleyways, hilltop viewpoints, and urban green spaces. While San Francisco walking tours are great for experiencing the unique character of city neighborhoods—and even a certain world-renowned bridge—they can venture beyond the beaten trails that bus tours rarely tread. They're also often organized around themes such as architecture, hiking, street art, cuisine, history, and even ghosts.
