Because the forecast called for rain, they canceled 8 hours prematurely. I tried to get more details about the tour (highlights) so my family could do a version of it on our, the tour group stopped replying. Also, it didn't end up raining during our specific time window, so it was a disappointing experience overall.

John the driver and Don the tour guide were very personable and knowledgeable. It was a great way to see the Christmas lights and learn some interesting things about the city we were visiting. My husband and I thought this was an awesome tour. Great way to get in the Christmas mood with the music and lights.

The sights were nice. However the ride was extremely bumpy and that should be disclosed. I have a bad back and arthritis in my joints and it was painful. My husband had pain too. Getting on and off was difficult for both of us. That should be disclosed.
In addition it was extremely difficult to understand the tour guide due to the sound system. I only understood about 3/4 of what she said. The driver was extremely nice and assisted me greatly on getting off. He is wonderful.

I think this experience is missing the mark. It’s not as advertised as a light show. It’s just a night tour of the city. The vibe was very off for what it should be. The hosts were friendly but hard to hear and not fun. The energy level was very low.

The Fire Engine Holiday Lights Tour was the perfect start to our Christmas celebrations.
AJ, the tour guide and John, the engine driver, were extremely welcoming and knowledgeable, telling us lots of interesting facts along the route as we travelled like 'Rock Stars' on the back of the Mack fire engine.
The candy canes and fireman's hat were an unexpected treat at the end of the ride.
We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting San Francisco

This is our second year taking the Christmas Lights tour with our grandkids and family. The kids absolutely love the firetruck and the lights. This year we sang carols, which was an added bonus. My only suggestion would be to have more carols, less jokes.

Great tour to see the lights in San Francisco with our guides Victoria and John. Victoria was full of trivia about the city and Christmas and John drove the truck like a champ on the streets of SF ringing the bell and stopping for photo ops.
