Sully was fantastic. Full of information and set us up for a great day which kept to time. The transport was clean and comfortable despite some winding roads!
My only thought is for those without cash might there be an alternative way to tip? I feel so bad, I thought there’d be another option like the QRcodes other tour guides had.

It was great! Meeting time was 9am and we were offered snacks on the bus but if you are some one who needs breakfast then you should have breakfast before. The best part was the Golden Gate bridge.
Sully was very nice and the history age stories were wonderful!

This was an excellent tour. It was timed out well, giving ample time at each stop, and several bathroom breaks. Our driver was Per, who was very interesting--giving information along the way about the area. Loved the music he played in the bus! Muir Woods was my favorite. We chose to take the optional Alcatraz tour. If you have trouble with walking inclines, don't do this one. It is gigantic hills all the way to the top, where Alcatraz is. There is only 1 golf cart to take you up if you need assistance. So the wait is long.

Great trip as a preliminary visit y. But I will visit Muir Woods and Sausalito on my own to spend a much longer time. I’ve been to Alcatraz before. This one is shorter due to construction I assume.

Fantastic tour! We traveled with 4 adults, 2 teens and 2 kids. Our tour guide (Sully) taught us a so much about San Fran and the surrounding areas - history, culture, architecture, art, and so much more! Sully even had a curated playlist of songs about or
recorded in the area. He was entertaining and so knowledgeable - we leaned so much about the area that we otherwise never would have known. It was a great way to see many great sights without having to worry about driving & parking. HIGHLY recommend!

The tour was a perfect blend of San Francisco to see the highlights when you are short on time. We didn’t do Alcatraz that day so the tour is only about 5 hours.

Our guide jokingly called this a “sampler platter” of San Francisco. A lot of info and sights in a short amount of time. It’s a great intro to the city or if you will not be there for long.

What an absolutely amazing day we had an a special thanks to Per who was our driver but also entertained us and gave us great knowledge of the areas which we went. Given us a great knowledge of all the areas then onto Muirwoods and all I can say is well and an absolute must go from there we had an hour just over in Sallisito where we ate lunch and acquaint little shop from there we were dropped off to catch our ferry to Alcatraz. I can honestly say we absolutely enjoyed every minute of this tour and the bonus is we got to see some seals when we stopped off at the bay for some pictures? I can honestly say that I would give this trip a five star the only downside is that you could spend more time in Muirwoods, but what we saw in the time given was absolutely breathtaking. Thank you once again Per for entertaining us Welsh

Alex was our driver/guide… he was fantastic!! Gave so much information, so personable, and easy to talk to about anything. The hot spots we visited were fantastic! Eat a Burrata sandwich on sour dough at Venace deli when you stop in Sausalito!

This Tour of Muir, Woods, Sausalito, and ride around San Francisco was exceptional. Sully, our tour guide, made it extremely enjoyable. I had seen all the reviews previously on him, and was hoping that we would get him as our driver. His knowledge of history, communication style, and overall professionalism exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this Tour as a former travel agent and Air Force officer who lived in many different countries around the world. This was by far one of the best Viator tours that I have taken in years. Simply put, Sully made the difference. Pat and I will remember this Tour for years to come. I would recommend however, that directions to the pick up point be a bit more specific from the company. We were not the only ones to notice that the directions were a bit confusing. In any event, you will love this Tour.

I wish we had a little more time at Muir Woods but this was a great way to see certain spots in San Francisco and easily get out to Muir Woods and Sausilito! Nice to be able to relax during the drive. We saw a lot in a small amount of time. Our guide was so nice and informative!

The experience itself was okay BUT I would not recommend, for the price it felt rushed and unless you arrive early to get front seats on the transportation, you don't really get a great view when entering the Golden Gate Bridge. I think renting a vehicle would give you a better experience. The guide was great at explaining as we drove by sceneries and what not, though there was many difficulties with his bluetooth microphone.

We occasionally receive feedback about the time spent at sites. Many people feel satisfied, and we understand the differences of opinion on this while serving so many different people. It's hard to find the right balance in a long form tour, we do our best to satisfy everyone and make it on time for our Alcatraz boat departures.
The blue tooth sound issue is unfortunate. It was frustrating to the guide as well. Technology does fail sometimes and we have already replaced the equipment.
Again, thanks for taking the time to share your review. It gives us opportunity to always try harder.

Awesome tour. Really nice to not have to figure out how to get to each destination. Our guide was so knowledgeable and made it fun and interesting. He had tons of stories and even music to align with the tour. As a single parent it can be intimidating to travel alone with your kid(s), but this made things so simple and I felt safe and was able to relax. So glad I booked this!

We had a really good time. We had the best tour guide. He name was Brian. He went out of his way to make our trip fun. He kept us well informed. He even brought binoculars and telescopes to share with us. I definitely give him a stars.
