- 18 and over must have ID to be able to go on Alcatraz. 17 and under do not need ID.

This was a great excursion. I wish we had done this instead of the Hop on Hop off bus, which we did the day before. Sully our driver/guide is excellent, has heaps of knowledge which we enjoyed and puts it across is a very friendly manner. The sites are great too, so we really recommend this.

Great overview tour of SF city, Muir Woods, and Sausalito. Very knowledgeable guide - Sully. Timeline for day was a little tight. Could have used a little more slack in the schedule.

Tour guide was very knowledgeable. Our trip to Alcatraz got cancelled, but the tour owner gave a refund for that. The tour guide took us to a few extra spots since that happened.

This was a great tour. I got so much history from this tour. I have been to San Francisco many times and yet I learned things I never knew. I saw places I have never been. A great tour with an amazing guide.

The tour around San Francisco was basic. The admission to Muir Woods was not included in the fee. Alcatraz was great and very informative.

Our tour guide Alex totally made this tour! He checked in that am to be sure we knew how to contact him if needed if we couldn’t locate him, was SO kind, personable, genuine, helpful, engaged and SO knowledgable about the city! His communication was excellent! Lunch recommendations he made were awesome. We saw so much but never felt rushed! The mini bus was comfortable and he was an excellent driver on the winding, cliff lined roads!
We did the add on tour of Alcatraz and would highly recommend it. A walking tour was offered once we arrived to Alcatraz for about 30 mins and the park guide was an amazing story teller. The audio tour included in the Alcatraz tour thru this booking was excellent and headsets were provided despite the Viator agent I contacted prior to our trip saying they were not and that your audio was via private cellphone which was not the case and I was glad. This was not the Viator agents fault. He actually called the Alcatraz venue on my behalf which I thought was above and beyond and was told incorrectly.

This was a great tour. Sully was an awesome, informative guide. We were able to see some local sights while getting some SF city history. The bus was clean and very comfortable. The trip out to Muir Woods came with it's own history and information and even some music. We had a nice in Sausalito and, again, had some history and music at this so, as well. Highly recommend.

Great into to San Francisco. Our driver, Alex, was knowledgeable and kind. The trip seemed short with all of the different stops, but I feel like we got to see so many of the iconic San Francisco spots. I wish we had had a little more time at a few of them.

This experience was great. We covered everything on the itinerary and Sully, our driver and guide was very good articulating all the different stories at all the locations we went to. He was accommodating and also gave us recommendations and hints on how to hit the high spots at each location. Would definitely go back on tour with Sully again.

If you only have one day in SF, go in this tour! Our guide Sully was incredibly organized, thoughtful and insightful.
