What are people saying about Rome

Ask for Tiberius!
Tiberio was hands down the best tour guide we had on our many adventures. He was so knowledgeable and had a creative and sometimes theatrical way of explaining history to our group of 9. His pace is verrrrry gentle which at times was tough for my long legs but it was really nice for the older folks in our group - one of which had minor mobility issues. We started at the Colosseum and were able to spend a nice chunk of time exploring almost every area with access. Plenty of time for photos from all angles. Then we headed to the Forum where we learned so much! It’s great having a guide with as much experience as he had - approximately 13,000 tours given in the Colosseum alone! He left us at the forum with full access tickets to explore the rest on our own - there are so many small museums to wander in and out of with an immeasurable amount of artifacts. Rome is a truly amazing city and this tour was well worth the time and money!

Magnificent Pantheon tous
The experience was great. First of all, due to a problem we were 5' delayed. The organizers called me to see if we were coming or not and they said that they could wait for a bit before they started the tour. This was very kind of them. The person that actually did the tour was very passioned about the whole tour and Pantheon. He was talking for more than 1 hour, unstoppable!!! he explained very clearly the history of the place and what it standed for. Just excellent. Well done.

Guide was very knowledgeable, personable, and helpful
Prepare to be directly in the heat and sun for most of the tour - our guide got us in the shade as much as possible, but there isn’t too much shade and it was very crowded. Guide was very knowledgeable, personable, and helpful. We were very happy with our experience. Passports had to be shown to enter both Palatine Hill and again at the Colosseum.

Knowledgeable and Beautiful
Francesca was so knowledgeable and made all of the information exciting. You can tell her passion for the architecture of the Colosseum through how she points everything out and describes its importance and beauty. Seeing the past in person was not an experience that will be forgotten and Francesca made it unforgettable.

When it comes to history, Rome is in a league of its own. That’s why even the most well-read history buff can find the Eternal City overwhelming, especially on their first visit. Fortunately, Rome historical tours help you cover serious ground, thanks to seasoned guides who know how to head underground at the Colosseum, where to take the best photos of St. Peter’s Basilica, and when to visit Palatine Hill to avoid the crowds. Rome wasn’t built in a day, but on a tour that includes transportation, audio guides, and skip-the-line tickets, you can easily cover its most iconic landmarks in one day.
