What are people saying about Pompeii

Nice tour about Pompei ruins.
The guide is very nice and knowledgeable. We learned a lot about the ruins, totally more than 2 hours. Very hardworking. Only thing is the gathering point was wrongly by using Google map. It should be at the main entrance, left side. The guide should show their sign more clearly.

Highly recommend this tour and Manuela.
Manuela was an excellent tour guide. She was smart and interesting to listen to. We enjoyed our tour very much and would highly recommend taking a tour led by her. This tour was also a perfect length to introduce so many facts about Pompeii. We had to leave a few minutes before the tour was over, but all the information she gave us left us wishing for more time to explore.

Great tour of such an expanse of space.
Pompeii is huge and taking a tour makes the whole experience more manageable. Yolanda was wonderful and shared so many insights on the life of the people and the history. Bravo to her for stopping a tourist who was trying to cut the line! It is a lot of walking with no sitting breaks but we did have a couple of water stops and a restroom break at the end. The ear set made it easy to listen to our guide. There’s very little shade so hat, sunscreen, sunglasses are recommended.

Great private Pompeii tour
Excellent tour. Pompeii is now a huge site with so much to see. Our private tour with Alona was great. She guided us away from the big groups wherever possible and gave very thorough explanations of the important sites. Kept a good pace and covered a lot of territory and background information . 10/10.

Pompeii is the crown jewel of Italy’s archaeological treasure trove, but this ancient site is sprawling and offers little posted information explaining its jumble of ruins. Pompeii tours bring the history of the Roman city to life with archaeologist guides who provide insights about its excavated art and architecture, focusing on the highlights to cover the site in just a few hours. Pair Pompeii with a guided visit to nearby Herculaneum, a wine-tasting lunch in the surrounding vineyards, a hike to the volcanic crater atop Mt. Vesuvius, or a scenic excursion along the Amalfi Coast for an unforgettable day trip.
