- If you arrive late for the meeting time, it will not be possible to join the group or reschedule, unless you pay for the activity again. As per "No Show" rules you will not be entitled to a refund.
- If you purchase a reduced ticket and you are not under 16 years old or a student under 26 years old with a valid STUDENT PHOTO ID, the Vatican will deny your entry and you will not be able to visit the Vatican or join the tour.
- All visitors must pass through the monument/attraction security check please allow at least 20 minutes to clear security.
- Knees & Shoulders MUST be covered for both men & women.
- Some monuments or areas may be under restoration and subject to last minute closures. Please pay attention to any messages we may send regarding potential changes.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- It is not possible to contact guides when they are inside the Vatican museums, it is the clients responsibility to stay with the guided tour group, if you lose your guide inside the Vatican, there is nothing we can do in this case.
- Please be aware that large bags/backpacks/suitcases are not permitted in the monument/ attraction. Only very small bags are allowed. Please do not bring these items with you on the day of your tour as there are no cloakrooms at the monument.
- St. Peter's Basilica is subject to last minute closures for religous events, and the Papal audience on some Wednesday and Saturday mornings. In the event that it is closed if you have selected the option to visit St. Peter's Basilica you will have an extended tour of the Vatican museums. The Basilica is free to enter and we do not have any control in the event of these closures it is not possible to provide a refund under these circumstances.

I highly recommend this tour. You get through the overwhelming lineups in no time, to the experience of a lifetime. You avoid crowds, while getting historical information. This experience in person was unbelievable. I wasn't expecting everything to be so beautiful and ginormous.
This tour was so worth it! The information we gain was invaluable and delivered in such a clear way. Christina was amazing and if you have a chance to do a tour with her, highly recommend!

It was amazing to zip past all the people standing in line. Maggie is one of the best tour guides. She knew when to stop and engage all of us. When to point things out and when to keep walking. Her knowledge was amazing and she was able to answer all our questions.

The busyness of it all but you are well looked after by your guide : there is mass Wednesdays and Sundays in the square

Guide was great, would highly recommend for a first trip to the Vatican. There is so much to see though so expect to see and learn about the main highlights
Christina was an amazing guide. She has a wealth of knowledge which she is happy to pass on in a light-hearted and enthusiastic manner. We had a few kids in our group and they were just as interested as us older people were, because Christina was so animated. She also was able to take us through extremely busy areas with expertise and confidence. It was a great afternoon!

We had such a great experience visiting the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel and St Peter’s Basilica. Having the fast-track entry meant we didn’t have to spend hours waiting in the long lines, especially in the heat.
Our guide Maggie was amazing - so friendly, knowledgeable and passionate. She explained everything so well and made the whole tour really interesting and enjoyable.

Tour guide showed up and started late. The whole time it felt like he was trying to make up the fact we were running late. Rushing around crowds, being pushy, etc. He also mentioned a handful of times that because we’re VIP, we get to skip certain lines. I felt like he kept repeating that to try and get us to mentally feel like the trip was worth it. Not worth the price we paid.
Vatican itself was wonderful.
We had Christine as a tour guide for the Vatican and Sistine Chapel. Her education in art and history paid great dividends for our group. Not only was Christine knowledgeable, her delivery was nothing short of professional. Her ability to navigate through the facilities taking advantage of the less congested areas was of great benefit. Her passion for what she does was palpable.

Christina is amazing! We felt like we hit the jackpot with her as our guide! If we ever go back to Rome, we’d love to hire her as a private guide to take us again.
The tour is very thorough and good - well worth the money for sure! Just know it’s HOT in Rome in September, so anything you do is going to make for a long day. There’s nowhere to buy bottles of water in the Vatican so make sure to take your own to refill - we didn’t know this any by the end were dying from the heat.
My only regret is not tipping Christina, as I certainly meant to, but was so hot and distracted, forgot until we walked away and by then had lost sight of her. If I could find her on Venmo/Cashapp, I’d send her something now - that’s how good she was!!
Christine was ABSOLUTELY amazing highly recommend her! We even had a three year old in a stroller she was very accommodating! She was very smart about keeping us in the air conditioning when possible, timing is everything waiting until we had plenty of room to look. She spoke perfect English so it was very easy to understand her! I plan on coming back to Rome and will definitely be using her again!
Our tour guide, Christina (sp?) from Georgia was outstanding. Perfect English so we heard and understood her clearly. Darling personality. Her art history education and depth of knowledge was impressive. She navigated crowds, taught us, gave us space to explore, and kept everything on time. Skipping the chaotic lines and having a fast track was the way to go. Operator feedback: I would love if they had a quick QR code to send a Venmo or electronic tip to the guides. She deserved it!
Deny was a fantastic guide, very knowledgeable and entertaining. The crowds were a bit overwhelming for me, but understand that’s just the way it is with such a popular attraction.

Christina was an amazing tour guide who explained the history of everything in detail. She was very knowledgeable, funny and kind. She made sure to point out elevators for the older individuals in our group and make sure they were good throughout the tour. I’m so glad we had her as our tour guide because as we went through the museum and chapel I felt like we knew why things were done the way they were as she gave us the back story. I would definitely book through this company again. Highly recommend. Made getting in and out so easy.

Amazing! This was my 3rd time visiting, both other times were also with a tour. But this tour guide, Maggie made the experience so much better. She was outstanding, explained things I never knew and made us want to listen for longer than the tour even lasted. Which for me says a lot I am usually ready for it to end. I highly recommend, and not waiting in lines makes it that much better.
