Please Arrive 10 Minutes Early. We meet between the 2 green souvenir kiosks in front of the “Colosseo” metro stop - located just outside the lower-level entrance/exit. A representative will be there holding a sign with ''The Tour Guy'' on it.

Bogdan was an excellent guide! We were originally trying to get Colosseum tickets to explore on our own, but we’re so glad we ended up booking the tour! Bogdan was very knowledgeable and informative but also funny with a healthy dose of skepticism about what’s true in history, what’s legend, and what may never really be known.

Overall a great experience. This was my second time exploring the area so it was fun to hear the stories from the perspective of another guide. She got us through the entrances effectively, she tried to include everyone in the talks, and shared some interesting insights. Due to time constraints and moving a bit slow in the Forum we didn’t get to explore it much and didn’t do anything on Palatine hill so I had to buy more tickets for us to return a subsequent day to see more of the area. But for a first time visitor, the tour was good and my sons liked it.

Fantastic tour of the Colloseum and Forum with comparatively more time in the Colloseum (gladly). Our guide, Bogdan, was top-notch: informative and entertaining. Our group included kids and adults, people with lots of knowledge (architecture history professor, person with a post-graduate degree in Greek/Latin) and little. Bogdan provided a terrific, tailored tour for all of us. Highly recommend!

I think the colosseum is such a popular tourist site that it would be easier to do a tour yourself as the group is just too big and our guide wasn’t very good at holding her flag so you felt you couldn’t stop as you wouldn’t locate her again. Maybe an individual tour would be best

Excellent experience!! We had a very knowledgeable guide and she shared so many historical facts about the Forum and Colosseum it was mind-blowing! The vantage point from the Colosseum floor was a big bonus! A good amount of walking, some routes were on an ascent over irregular surfaces, so be warned! Wear sensible supportive shoes!

The tour was great but be prepared with comfortable walking shoes, some steep stairs and old cobblestone type streets. It was awesome to skip the long lines, making it totally worth the cost. Our guide “Titi” was awesome!
