- Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
- Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers' full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
- It is forbidden to bring inside the Colosseum: glass, sharp objects, alcohol, spray
- Customers need to show up at our office in via della Polveriera 13 in order to join this tour
- Comfortable shoes are recommended
- In July and August due to the heat the duration of the visit is 2 hours and a half
- Upon choosing our guided tour, you acknowledge and accept that the admission fee to the archaeological sites of the arena is 22 euros for adults, accompanied by a 2 EUR booking fee, and free admission ticket for children under 18. The remaining amount is voluntary and includes services provided by skilled licensed guides, headsets, booking fees, and other tour amenities. Our goal is to provide transparency and ensure your understanding of the cost breakdown, allowing you to fully recognize the value of our guided experience.

We had the BEST tour! Senia (our tour guide) was AMAZING, she’s knowledgeable, friendly, making sure that we were all stayed hydrated (it was very hot). My teenage sons loved the tour! And that means a lot! She made the experience wonderful!

I learned over the years that you can visit sites on your own, but be prepared to stand in line, sometimes 2 or 3 times.

The tour was quite comprehensive and moved at a good pace. I liked the size of the tour group and our guide (Marco) was engaging and fun. Meeting at Crown Tours was simple to find our group although an hour before the tour is a long time to stand around. The tour office has no where to sit, some air-conditioned space inside, no washroom facilities and although I understand the desire to have the group present and ready to go in advance of the tour, it was a long wait with little shade.

“Jack” (Giancomo?) was a fantastic tour guide. Very knowledgeable and seamlessly wove history into each site. The current view overlaid with the transparencies that depicted the location in its glory were an ideal tool to “see” Rome as it was. May not get the Arena underground experience, still unclear why we didn't, we booked 4 months in advance. we learn of this issue one day before the tour day. Tour company got the tickets for us. Rest was as stated. Good communication otherwise, text email. Process well explained. knowledgeable guide, uses earphones for everyone to hear. It is fast paced, there are stairs. No time to rest. Much to see. Place is crowded. Ours was 9am and was already packed. Being in a tour group is important as many people cut in line and is frustrating how the Italian Park cannot keep it organized and fair for those who wait for their turn.

The metro was closed for today and they knew this and we let them know 20 minutes ahead of times that we had to walk there and they said theyd wait and when we got there 4 minutes later they told us that they left and they wont let us just catch up to them or book us for another time. Customer service was awful and they changed our ticket last minute for no floor access and still waiting on the refund for that. Very unprofessional and disappointing

We had a really great time on this tour! The meeting point was easy to get to and we had a very small group of about 7 and if you can do small group I 100% recommend it over large group.
Our tour guide Sarah was amazing. Super friendly, funny, and knowledgable. She was constantly letting us stop and get the perfect picture and took our input on how long we stayed at each stopping point (another plus of a small group I think).
We started in the Colosseum and then ended at the Roman Forum. I felt like we had plenty of time at each. Since we ended at the Roman Forum we were able to explore on our own when the tour concluded.
The only drawback was that we signed up for the arena access tour and I got a text a few days before letting us know that we would no longer be able to do that. After the tour we didn’t feel like it was an absolute must, so we were okay with it and they issued a partial refund because of it. It also had nothing to do with our great guide!
