We had a great tour with Livio (our driver) and Alessandra, our tour guide. It was so great to have just our family on the tour. We never had to worry about finding a ride or parking. We started with a drive into Rome and a tour of one of the Crypts. Then we were dropped off at the Vatican where Alessandra took over. She was very energetic with a big Italian personality. She tried to keep the information fun and accessible for our kids. We never had to wait in line to get in to the landmarks, and Alessandra and Livio coordinated to make sure we had time for a quick break at a cafe inside the Vatican while making it on time to our next entry at the Colloseum.

Must Do Activity in Rome!!

I definitely recommend doing this at the start of your trip to familiarize yourself with the city of Rome!! The Vespa drivers are extremely kind and knowledgeable. They offered to take pictures at the different spots throughout the city. We met at a central location and then began our tour. We stopped at three different locations and were given time to explore. My specific Vespa ended up with a flat tire during the tour, and the team navigated the situation quickly and safely. I had never been on a Vespa before, and I felt safe the entire time. There are handle bars to hang on to and you are provided with a helmet. At the end of our tour, the drivers gave us excellent food recommendations and even booked us a table for 12 on a busy Friday night with no wait. They dropped us off near the restaurant. I would absolutely recommend this tour!!

This tour is great. Kristian is funny and engaging and the food is phenomenal. Not only do you get to eat great food you get to learn the history of the food as well. 10/10 would definitely recommend if your solo or even if you’re travelling with friends or a partner.

The Vespa tour was...

The Vespa tour was amazing! We went at 8 p.m. and saw a perfect sunset, plus it was the perfect temperature. If you’re looking for a more in depth tour, I maybe wouldn’t choose this tour. BUT, if you’re looking for a fun, beautiful ride around the city, I would definitely recommend. The stop at Villa Borghese park was particularly great.

This was the best experience of our trip! Chiara and Elisa were fantastic. We had the most amazing time! Maria was exceptional as our teacher, Her English is flawless and her energy was off the charts. I went with my two teenage sons and we loved learning how to make pasta. The meal afterward, complete with wine and tiramisu, was delicious. Highly recommend!
