Sylvia was a very knowledgeable guide. She was very clear in her explanations and even had historical images to help is fully understand the history of The Pantheon. Excellent tour!

The Pantheon is one of the greatest marvels in Rome. Donatella was an excellent guide and explained each aspect of the monument well and clear. I could spend hours staring up at the dome and reveling in the intricate beauty. This tour skipped the line for us and led us right in with no issues or wait. Well worth it to have access in and learn some history!

Having someone highlight important aspects of the Pantheon was nice but the guide was a bit distracted from the information by trying to shame the group about random facts that we didn’t know. Could have been much better if the guide was focused on the Pantheon and all the history there. ChatGPT proved to be a better guide once the 75 min was up.

We are sorry you took this personally, we'll look out to be more sensitive with info, we honestly believe knowledge is for sharing. As for AI, human guides inevitably bring their own personality, humour, and perspective to a tour. While most guests appreciate that personal touch, it really helps people remember the details and passionate facts - we are truly sorry you perceived this as a threat. We personally believe that the worrying aspect of AI is not that it is becoming more human, but that we humans are becoming more like robots. By the way it looks like you got an extra 15 minutes as the tour normally lasts 60 minutes!

Amanda was incredibly knowledgeable and fun to spend the time with. The deeper level of information about the structure, engineering, history etc was fascinating. This was the one tour we booked that didn’t have times changed either, so we appreciated that.

We had a wonderful experience on this skip-the-line Pantheon tour. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and shared fascinating history and details that brought the Pantheon to life. The skip-the-line access was well worth it and saved us a lot of time, making the entire visit smooth and stress-free. The guide also did a great job keeping the group organized and answering questions. We highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to truly appreciate one of Rome's most iconic landmarks!

I unfortunately cannot recommend this tour - while the tour guide was lovely, paying nearly $50 USD for a tour that lasted less than an hour with a 5 Euro entry fee was certainly not worth it. Additionally, a chapel service was starting at the end of our scheduled tour which kept interrupting our tour guide and made the tour feel rushed. While the Pantheon is great to visit, it would be best to do so without a tour guide.

The Pantheon tour is designed to provide historical context, insights, and stories that visitors would otherwise miss when exploring independently. We understand, however, that the value of a guided experience can vary from person to person. For some visitors, the additional historical and cultural context greatly enriches the visit, while others may prefer simply to enjoy the monument at their own pace for purely aesthetic reasons. In that sense, whether a guided tour represents good value is often a matter of personal preference.
Regarding the duration of the tour, the scheduled visit can sometimes be affected by events taking place inside the Pantheon, including religious services, which occasionally take priority and are beyond our control. The tour is, however, one hour in duration, as advertised, and was conducted within the scheduled timeframe.
We regret that the service interrupted your visit. At the same time, these occasions offer a rather unique experience, as visitors are able to witness the Pantheon in active use as a place of worship and, particularly on Saturdays, enjoy moments when there are very few other visitors inside.

Tough for the tour guide as there didn’t seem to be a lot to comment on regarding the pantheon, so a lot of time was spent talking about other locations. Your guide was knowledgeable but made not very energetic. Tour also kicked off late.

The Pantheon is a remarkable monument, but we understand that the amount and style of commentary can vary depending on the guide's approach. We understand how important punctuality is to our guests and the tour did start 10 minutes late because of a misunderstanding with the headsets, our entrances are however specific time slots allow us to enter on time with named entrance tickets, so all went well.

Donatella was a great tour guide. Very friendly and knowledgeable. She didn’t take a pause trying to share as much information as possible. Seeing the Pantheon is a must see in Rome mainly because it is one of the oldest buildings to survive in Rome.

Definitely recommend going with a guide, and ours was fabulous! We are grandparents and travelled with teenage grandchildren. A girl 17 yo and boy 14-15 yo. Had we gone on our own they’d have been bored to tears, instead…thanks to our guide…they stayed engaged and learned a lot! Very good tour.
