Itinerary
Meet your guide and group in the Borgo neighborhood, a short walk away from the St. Peter's Square, for an introductory briefing for this Vatican Museums guided group tour with skip-the-line access. Then, head to the square as a group, while your guide provides commentary about the Vatican and its history, including the Sistine Chapel.
Arrive at St. Peter's Square and head into the Vatican Museums, taking advantage of your special skip-the-line admission ticket to avoid having to wait in the long regular admission lines. Once inside, listen to your guide provide live commentary as you take in the sculptures, paintings, and tapestries that flank the main halls.
Continue to the Sistine Chapel to see some of Michelangelo’s most famous works, including the Creation of Adam and the Last Judgement. Wrap up your Vatican Museums tour up at St. Peter's Basilica (if option selected), where you'll be able to enter directly, circumventing the regular lines.

- Unforeseen events= The Vatican is its own country and therefore the Pope can decide also last minute to close St. Peter’s Basilica for ad hoc events. It is a very rare event during the year but it is possibile and we will do our best to inform you. If it is too late to inform you, our guide will extend the tour in the Vatican. Not to worry that the incredibile collection of Vatican Museums and the masterpiece of Michelagelo in the Sistine Chapel will still be included.

The tour was great. Highly recommend the earliest entrance time to avoid the general public rush. Lots of good knowledge from the guide along the way. Great way to do Vatican City in 3-4 hours.

This tour was absolutely wonderful! Our guide gave us all the information that she knew before we got to the Chapel. Afterwards she informed us of what to expect inside the Basilica, and what we could do inside there. She gave us plenty of time to take pictures and let us know what the most important sculptures were within that area.

The audio system needs replaced. They slide off your ears and it is not understandable. Need for very understandable guides that wait till the tail end of the group catches up to go over the thing that you are explaining or talking about.

Read the tour itinerary COMPLETELY! No exceptions for not being prepared. Crowds are extremely large, even on offseason. Groups move through quickly and you need to be prepared to be bumped about constantly!

It was a good tour but very long at the Vatican museum. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and very good. We should have done a self guided tour of the museum with skip the line tickets. We would have liked to have spent more time in the Sistine Chapel.

Tour was excellent! Our guide Shak was incredibly knowledgeable — the flow of the tour was also great, we had plenty of time to explore St Peter’s Basilica. Slightly expensive (although all tours are similarly priced). Highly recommend!

It is very long with too much time spent in the museum. There was no tour for St. Peter’s basilica - it is the end and you are on your own so you don’t learn about it. They just drop you off at the door and say goodbye.

An Unforgettable Experience at the Vatican ❤️
This was one of the highlights of my trip to Rome. My visit to the Vatican Museums and St. Peter’s Basilica was made truly special by an exceptional guide.
He was extremely knowledgeable, passionate, and very easy to understand. Her explanations brought the history, art, and incredible stories behind the Vatican to life. I especially appreciated how she shared interesting details that I would have easily missed exploring on my own.
He was also warm, patient, and attentive throughout the entire tour, creating a wonderful atmosphere and making the experience feel personal rather than simply informative.
The Vatican Museums and St. Peter’s Basilica are breathtaking, but having such a wonderful guide made the experience even more memorable. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Rome!

Our tour guide was very sweet and did the best of job he could do to ensure that we enjoyed our tour. Some people were upset because we had to stand in the security line for the heat, he couldn’t control that and did the best that he could with the situation. He was extremely knowledgeable and kind and really cared about the experience his guests have. I forget his name, but he had a short beard and mustache and short hair. Thank you so much!!
