Booked this tour on a public holiday in Italy (unknown at time of booking) & tour operator was going to cancel due to low numbers. But as we were unable to rebook due to other travel commitments, the tour operator allowed tour to proceed. Our tour guide Alessio was fabulous, even though we were a small group he made the day exciting. He was very knowledgeable and gave great advice on what to see & where to eat. Thumbs Up on Pompeii!

What an amazing tour! Four of us did this tour on April 26, 2026 on a beautiful day. All directions were perfect and our tour guide (cannot remember her name...that is why it is good to do reviews on the day of the excursion) was so pleasant and very knowledgeable. Many times she pointed out the similarities in then and now, adding humorously, " Some things don't change." Despite the fact that Pompeii was extremely crowded and quite large, she managed to keep our tour group together and ensured that we had a comprehensive tour that included everything of importance. I was also impressed with the care that she took with a tourist from a different group who had fallen. I would definitely recommend this tour group. This tour was also quite cognizant of time and returning us to our ship. I would have no reservations about booking this group as an off cruise excursion. If I were to add one minor bit of advice that has nothing to do with this excursion group, but was suggested by a different tour guide on a different excursion. You may see fountains of running water that are deemed quite safe for human consumption in Pompeii. On a different tour in Turkey, our tour guide pointed out that while deemed safe, tourists sometimes have difficulty adjusting to things like water in different countries for whatever reasons, and suggested that we stick to bottled water so as not to get a chance of a tummy upset that could put a cramp (pardon the pun) on our vacation. One of my friends ended up with an upset stomach on a evening that she filled her bottle from a drinking fountain on one of our excursions so I thought that I might throw this in. Many other tourists did the same, so who is to know if this was the culprit.

We did it all!

We were concerned that we would not have time to do all we wanted to do and see all we wanted to see and get back to the ship in time. However Nima was a great guy and he put our worries to rest and we were able to get around to see all of the beautiful sites that Naples had to offer and get back to our ship in plenty of time.

We had an excellent experience on this private car tour. The entire journey was smooth, comfortable, and very enjoyable. Our driver Luigi was professional, courteous, and polite throughout the day, and spoke very good English, which made communication easy. He took the time to introduce each town we passed through or visited, sharing helpful information and local insights that made the trip even more interesting. We also really appreciated how respectful he was of our preferences and schedule, making sure the tour suited our needs without feeling rushed. Overall, a wonderful way to explore the Amalfi Coast—highly recommended!

Beautiful scenic boat tour 10/10 would ride again

Georgia and Salvatore were excellent guides. They he swim stops were divine! I recommend you plan your travel in Capri out ahead of time, as you only have 3 hours, the bus and cable car are good ways to travel if you don’t want to walk up the hill in Capri.

We had a great experience on this tour! Paolo was fantastic! He was friendly and provided good information along the way. Unfortunately, it was a cloudy day so we didn't have a good sunset. But, that didn't deter us from having a wonderful experience! We DID get to see some baby dolphins playing which was exciting! We definitely recommend this tour!

Beautiful day at sea

What a beautiful day on the sea with Nicolas! The boat was super confortable, with snorkeling gear, SUP, drinks, fresh fruit and towels! We stopped at less crowded area for swimming and snorkeling in magnificent water! Stop in Positano to visit (soooo many people) than went to A small town for lunch on the sea! Nicolas is such a great person ….caring and good with teenagers!
