Fantastic Hands On Experience!

Fantastic experience! Really great way to spend an evening in Venice learning how to make pasta, tiramasu and meet some new people. You make what you eat, so it is important to work hard and pay attention during this fun class/dinner as to not let down your fellow participants. The hosts are great at answering questions and helping. The class was hands on, taught by two lovely people in a quieter part of Venice, slightly away from the crazy tourist crowds. Not only did we enjoy learning how to make 3 types of pasta, but our hosts shared some lovely tips on other Venetian "must try" food, drinks, restaurants, monuments and walks. We loved this experience and would highly recommend!

Our tour was great! Anna was very knowledgeable and has a super great personality. We had a small group, so we were able to ask many more questions and have such a great time. The other couples and families with us were also super nice and made the overall experience much better. The places we stopped for food and wine were all very nice. Most were frequented by locals and not the typical tourist traps. We would do the tour again!!

Excellent Tour with Elly as our guide!

Elly was a fantastic tour guide. She had great knowledge and insights that she shared during the tour. The tour started on time and was well coordinated. Elly was easy to understand and was open to taking questions and helping us all with our stay in Venice. She gave us great information about the places we passed on the boat ride. The demonstration at the glass factory in Murano was excellent and the showroom was mind-blowing. We loved the island of Burano, the lace making demonstration was nothing special. It did not take long and there was plenty of time to explore Burano, shop, eat and take photos. Highly recommend the tour.

The tour included a boat...

The tour included a boat ride from Piazza San Marco to Murano and Burano islands. On Murano, we witnessed a glass-blowing exhibition which was very interesting and impressive. The lace-making demonstration on Burano was also interesting, but not as in-depth as the glass-blowing exhibition. Our guide, Chiara, was very helpful in terms of suggestions of things to do on Burano, even recommending the cookies from a particular bakery on the island (her recommendation was spot-on!) She also was very informative about the history of the islands and the different industries which developed on them.

Beautiful tour!! Filipe was our guide, and was highly informative and friendly. The palace is incredible, with breathtaking gold details, we also loved experiencing the dungeons, and Filipe left time for us to stop for a snack and bathroom break with great recommendations prior to heading over to St Marks Basilica, which had beautiful mosaic detailing. The tour ended with a gondola ride wish is also a non-negotiable experience in Venice! Highly recommend this tour, we brought our toddler and he had no issues despite its 3.5 hour run time, as there was ample time for him to run around in the square and open areas of the palace.

Amazing Tour!!!!

My wife and I took our first visit to Italy and booked this tour to avoid the lines of Easter weekend. It worked! Our guide “Alexa” was phenomenal. It was like having a history professor explain the origins of the Doge and the details of the paintings. Her knowledge of the St Mark’s Basilica dove into the details of each mosaic. Whether you are Catholic or Protestant, you will appreciate Alexa’s knowledge of the Christian faith and her passion for explaining the why behind each tile mosaic.

Best tour ever!

This 3-n-1 activity is great especially for first timers like us in Venice. Plus we had a great tour guide Nico! He made history fun for us. Very knowledgeable, jolly and funny guy. After the tour we had a pretty good picture how Venice was centuries ago and amazed how structures are frozen in time and we get to see them. Will definitely recommend this tour to family and friends! And to have Nico as the guide is really a big bonus!

This was one of the best tours that we had while in Italy. Our tour guide in the morning was amazing, informative and hilarious. He made the history come alive for my kids. In the afternoon Alexsia was absolutely a delight. She provided amazing information, was friendly kind, and personable. Willing to share her city and culture with us. Highly recommend this tour!

Excellent tour of the Basilica and Doge’s Palace

Absolutely excellent despite the rainy weather. Our tour guide,Lucia, was amazing. She not only knows her world history and art history but has in-depth knowledge of Venetian history and culture. The gondola ride was nice but spoiled by the bad weather. We’d highly recommend this tour.
