My house, with a panoramic terrace overlooking the sea, is located a few steps from the historic center. During my courses, in which you will actively participate, we will make typical recipes of the local tradition (macaroni al ferretto, strongatura, swordfish, stockfish, preserves in oil, dried tomatoes, cured meats and local cheeses), we will use typical local tools, and there will be no shortage of the most representative recipes of the Italian territory (pizza, carbonara, norma, arancini, cannoli......). Possibility of vegetarian menu. Food intolerances and allergies must be communicated when booking. Possible visit to the local market to be agreed before.
