I came on the wrong day ( my fault) I checked in at the fountain early talked to the tour guide -she informed me I had catacombs only come back in 45 minutes. She looked at my email and ticket. We met up again 45 minutes later. They moved me to another line. I obliged and moved to other line. My name not called, I went and asked a question. Moving at their request, then Informed I had the incorrect date, my ticket was for the next day. I asked if we could go today since we were there. I was snubbed the guide walked off. Could have been a language barrier. I then called to cancel my ticket since I couldn’t go. I was informed I missed the 24 hour mark by 15 minutes. I would NOT have missed the 15 mark if when I first spoke with them an hour earlier and they actually helped me. The one event o was looking forward to the whole trip dashed… the customer experience was not helpful

Wonderful tour, small group which made it very personal. Monica was so helpful with the right amount of humor. The travel to and from the catacombs was seamless and we learnt so much through the ear piece. Wonderful start to our trip!! Would definitely recommend!!

This trip was great, was interesting to see the crypts and seeing all of the 3/4000 real bones. Travelled to the catacombs by car and unfortunately your not allowed to take photos but the information was sooo interesting. Creepy vibes once inside knowing every hole was a grave. The catacombs are still being worked on and you only get to visit 5% of whats there...maybe in a few years time can see different levels and expand it even more. Highly recommend going on this trip.

Bones are not in the catacombs! The church with bone art comes first. Fiona was great. Short ride to Christian burial spot including early popes.

This is a great tour. The catacombs are really amazing to see. I felt the first part of the tour which was the museum, was a little rushed. I didn’t get to listen to the entire track of each exhibit. Once we got to the catacombs site it was paced very well. Our tour guide “Airline” was very informative as we drove past many historical sites on the way.

Such a unique and amazing tour!! This is my 3rd time in Rome, and I've always wanted to do the catacombs and on this trip finally did...It was very much worth it! I hadn't heard of the Capuchin Crypts until recently...Wow, what a stunning and fascinating museum. I loved every minute of our tour.
Fiona was our guide who was excellent! On time, professional, and gave us great information about not only the subjects of our tour but also about various sites along the way to the catacombs and Rome in general.
We were expertly driven in the comfort of spacious Mercedes passenger vans. My adult son, who sat in the front both ways, said he felt very confident/secure with our drivers at the wheel...navigating the streets of Rome is no small feat!

Excursion was really good. I wasn't expecting it just to be about Capuchin the Capuchin priest, but it was very educational and it made me understand about how the early Christians buried their dad when we went to the catacombs Mile that was even more intense. But I would greatly recommend this tour because they don't do a lot of as much walking as other tours and the fact that they transport you via car a bus van from the Capuchin. The Capuchin burials to the catacombs is really good. Especially if you have mobility issues. I would definitely recommend this

This is a delightful little tour. The capuchin monastery is quite interesting and inappropriate length of time. Our guide was absolutely amazing!

I am beyond disappointed with The tour guy complete lack of professionalism and basic customer service.
We arrived at the designated meeting point on time, despite severe weather conditions involving sideways rain and hail. Because the weather was so extreme, visibility was incredibly poor. We actively looked for a guide but could not locate anyone.
The Issues:
• No Communication: We received zero messages, calls, or emails from the company regarding a change in the meeting spot or a weather delay.
• Unreachable: We attempted to contact the company during the window, but no one answered or provided assistance. By the time they answered the tour guide had already left the location and we could not join the tour.
• Zero Flexibility: Despite the "Act of God" weather conditions, the company is now refusing to reschedule or provide a refund, claiming it was "our fault" for not finding the guide.
It is unreasonable to expect guests to pinpoint a guide in a hailstorm when the company provides no real-time updates or means of contact. They essentially took our money and left us standing in a storm.
Final Verdict: Save your money and book with a company that actually cares about its guests' safety and communication. Their "no refund" policy under these specific circumstances feels like a predatory scam.

Our coordinators approached you to explain where the tour was starting from and how you could join the guide. They made a sincere effort to rejoin you and assist despite the challenging weather conditions.

Our tour guide was very informative, but mostly tour was given by a recording from the Capuchin museum and at the catacombs was given by someone else. If you get weirded out or creeper out by skeletons or death in general not for you. No bones though in the catacombs.

Very rushed. The guides name which I still don’t know was knowledgable but he jumped from one singer to another so quickly it was hard to grasp anything. I’d say don’t book this tour. Just get your own ticket and go by yourself.

So disappointing. We arrived at meeting point to be told we only had a voucher no ticket. We were pointed to ticket office, where we lined up , robberies and audio guide. Tour/ticket was definitely not what was put on the expected itinerary. Only entry to capuchin Crypts and museums definitely No guided tour, no Appia Antica & Aurelian wall or a round trip air conditioned bus or admission in catacombs di san Callisto.

Guide although super friendly, is only accompanying the tour about half way, when handed off to a different guide for the collisto portion. The vans to travel to the catacombs hold eight people, with smaller folk more able to fit up front than full size people.

Audio tour of catacombs were okay, bought a “guided tour” but when asked the person who was supposed to give us the tour she sent us straight to the catacombs which took a total of 30 min. Felt we were missing more stuff out of this bundle.

I have traveled on 2 continents and taken countless tours all around the world. This tour was the best Tour experience that I have ever experienced. The knowledge and history I was allowed to partake in was such a privledge and an honor. Our tour guide - I think her name was Lauria- was simply remarkable and made my whole family's day. At no point did I feel like I was a "tourist" or that I was being taken advantage of. Our tour host was kind, polite and all around exceptional. Here native Roman knowledge was an integral part of the experience. She answered all our questions and did a good job herding all of us from one side of Rome to the other without rushing us through or hindering our experience. We are actively trying to cancel our other bookings just to go on another tour with her and see more of Rome the best way. Book this tour you will not be disappointed in the slightest.

This was a great tour! My tour was on December 13, 2025. Our meeting point was at the Fontana del Tritone in the center of Rome. The tour lasted approximately three hours. I got to see the Roman catacombs of San Callisto and the Capuchin crypts plus La Boca Della Verità inside of the basilica di Santa Maria in Cosmedin. Ilaria, our tour guide was very nice. You get private transfer from the Capuchin crypts to the Roman catacombs. If you are in a Rome, this is great tour to do.
