- This ticket is valid for City Sightseeing Rome , Vatican&Rome Open Bus (if selected)
- Night Tour only leaves from Via Giolitti, 32 and it is one loop only
- Night tour duration: 90 minutes
- For operational reasons, Night Tour departure of the tour scheduled at 21:00 may be postponed up to a maximum of 15 minutes. The service is still guaranteed and the conditions of the tour remain unchanged.

There is no stopping or even passing for photos. Customer service e.g explaining commentary process is non existent.
The actual drive around the city however is very pleasant

There was not enough buses to support the amount of people on the routes. We had to wait 30 minutes for a bus. Other companies had multiple buses available for their passengers and averaging about 5 minutes.

If you sit on the left side of the bus you won’t see anything. Also, driver pulled cover to halfway on top so those in the back did not have hardly any view.

We always enjoy a city bus tour.
Unlike many of these bus tours, the bus isn't able to get close to many of the sites, so be aware that you will need to be able to walk to get to things.

Great tour in Roma by night, you’ll see most of the local attractions
Be prepare to experience a fast driving and don’t count to make the most beautiful pictures because the bus is moving fast

We wanted to experience Rome’s highlights at night. The tour bus was delightful as it was a beautiful evening and the top was retracted. However the audio recording was not very clear and one of the audio output was not working requiring me to share one set of ear plugs with my cousin. Overall—would not recommend—-though Rome is a beautiful city.

Booked the 24hr tour for a Sunday, they only run from 9-6. The tour is recorded and not in time with the items they are describing. Went back for the 9pm night route to be told I needed to pay separately for that as it’s not included in the 24hr ticket. So paid over £50 for myself and my partner to be on the bus for 30 mins.

Bus spends most of the day idling on the side of the road. Took 2.5 hours to do one lap on the red route. Radio commentary was very basic, usually out of time with location and many headphone jacks didn't work. Waste of money and a waste if a day. Very disappointed. Not enough buses. All other companies passed us all day while we sat parked.

This tour was not worth the money. We waited a long time for the bus to actually get going. We stood there for 15 min before the bus would open the door. Then trying to see what the recording was talking about was next to impossible. Half of the boxes for connecting the headphones were broken. I would not recommend this tour.

The stop nearest our hotel was closed. Stops took an average 15 minutes each and not close to the areas of interest.

It was informative and easy to hop on hop off.
We found the live tracker useful to see where the buses were when we wanted to hop back on.
It is no good complaining about the Traffic as in Rome do what the Romans do. Have patience!
We enjoyed it and seen many places on the outer areas that we would never have walked too. So for us we are giving the trip a five star rating.

Very few buses compared to other tour operators. We waited at two stops for over 20 minutes while watching other operators buses come and go. They also skipped a stop so missed part of our tour. Do not use City Sightseeing buses in Rome, go with the Big Bus instead
