We enjoyed the destinations that we visited but there was no tour as such by the company we went with, the Crypt was an audio tour and the Catacombs was a tour guide from the venue (who was excellent). I felt that we could have done the crypt by ourselves and doing as part of a tour seemed a bit unnecessary.

The tour was super!
We got blessed with the sweet baby angle Heather as a tour guide. Se was funny, had a lot of information and she clearly loves what she is doing.
We got to skip the lines on every locations.
I do think the Capuchin crypt was a little short of time. We didn’t really get the directions of how long the museum part was compared to the breathtaking bone displays in the actual crypts. So we just had to take a bunch of pictures and rush through before we had to meet up outside and take the bus.
The catacombs were cool in both ways, cool experience and cool of temperature. But there isn’t really anything to see there. Story is great, experience is great.
The church we went to last was beautiful.
Although this is a long tour with three stops, it is definitely worth the experience of a lifetime. You’ll see things you’ll never see anywhere else. There are truly no words to describe some of the things I saw on this tour and the tour guide was filled with so much knowledge and explained everything so you understood what was going on during those times.
Great experience. Our tour guide Alberto, was informative and interesting. He spoke about things as we passed them on the bus. I would take another of his tours.

The tour was very good, well organized and very interesting and informative. The catacombs was the best part in my opinion. Going many layers down to see where loved ones were buried was amazing!
I booked this tour with some friends, and while I’m glad I experienced it with them, it probably isn’t something I would have chosen to book on my own.
Our guide, Liv, was fantastic. She had so much energy, was very knowledgeable and was genuinely great at her job. If crypts, catacombs and this side of Roman history interest you, I think you’ll really enjoy the experience.
The biggest thing to be aware of is the length. Our tour ended up lasting around four hours, which was longer than I expected based on the advertised duration. By the end, it felt like a pretty long excursion.
I’m happy I did it once and thought Liv did an excellent job, but personally, it probably isn’t a tour I would book again. That’s more about my own interests than the quality of the tour itself!

If you are interested in the Franciscan Order, you will love this tour. Sabina was so informative and loved being in her group
First you send us three messages reminding us to be at the meeting spot 20 minutes in advance and that missing that check in point forgeits the ticket. Yet your guide isn’t there!! Your guide shows up 20 minutes late! And past the point you said people forfeit their tickets. A dozen of us left waiting in the sun for your late guide which caused the tour to start late.
Second, your staff argues with us about it via text!! Someone named Ada just says over and over to meet at the meeting spot and doesn’t believe us that the guide is missing. So your staff are not helpful.
Third, the last part (crypt) wasn’t advertised that we don’t have a guide and just dropped off to do our own thing at a museum in our own. We could have done that ourselves. Not pay you to just drop us off. Very deceiving.
So not worth the price nor the trouble.

When a guide experiences an unexpected last-minute transportation issue, we are unfortunately unable to know about the delay unless the guide is able to inform our Customer Care team. Very cool tour! The catacombs were nice and cool in the hot afternoon! I wish we could have spent more time exploring the catacombs, but it was very fun!
This was I tour that we hadn’t planned. We are so glad we found it on Viator. It is worth doing. Our guide Alain (sorry if spelling is incorrect) was fabulous so knowledgeable, good personality and fun. The bone decorations in the church were incredible. The bus to the catacombs was a great break from the heat. The catacombs and history was well worth the trip.
All 3 tours were wonderful. Never seen anything like them before and Valentina was smart and very knowledgeable on each
Our tour guide Sabina was great! Very knowledgeable about the different locations, she even offered information about other locations that we saw along the way. Glad we were with her. The catacombs were very interesting!
Guide Emiliano was fun and charming, and very informed at the catacombs. Crypts were interesting but unsettling an attraction, but that is what we signed up for.
So creepy and cool (literally). The catacombs had us escaping the brutal heat wave. Definitely recommend for a different view of Rome. Liv, our guide was great !
Tour was amazing and our tour guide Paula was so knowledgeable about the catacombs and Rome in general. She was also so approachable and friendly.
What a unique and easy group tour with Liviana. The itinerary is well paced with a museum tour then a beautiful crypt of friar skeleton artwork. Onto a coach bus to the catacombs outside the city and back. All the while Liviana delivers interesting stories and history. We would highly recommend for all groups sizes and ages above 8.
Paula was very engaging and fun during our tour through 3 very interesting crypts and holy sites. The bus ride to the Domitilla also provided Paula with a chance to explain other important buildings and history behind Rome's amazing roadways and structures. Also a great way to escape the heat

The guide was terrific! He was very knowledgeable, answered all questions and knew the history well. I was excited to see this exhibit, it was interesting albeit very creepy.
