It’s 3 hours in the hot sun. So book in the morning or later evening if you’re there in the warmer weather. Our tour guide Yasinia was absolutely amazing! So knowledgeable, made the tour interesting and fun without overwhelming the group with too much information.

I would highly recommend Viator Tours. Our flight got delayed by 23 hours and we were going to miss our Tour. When I contacted Viator to reschedule, they worked hard to get us in the day we arrived in Rome. Even though there was a fee to change our reservation, we didn't miss it! We also enjoyed the Tour, itself!

Memorable Experience
Our guide Amber was fantastic. As an archeologist Amber knew so much about the Colosseum and Palatine Hill - we were truly amazed throughout the whole tour. This was our second time visiting the Colosseum using this tour company. Our first experience was equally as good. Thanks Amber for a memorable day.

Arturo was a great guide!
We learned so much history and perspective about Ancient Rome as well as these three significant sites. Painless group entry was helpful to save time. Our guide, Arturo, was very funny and witty, while sharing a vast amount of information - so much better than self-guided or audio tours. He was also very friendly and interactive with the group, which made it even more fun on a hot day!

Rome is a city that comes alive as the sun goes down, when Romans flock to crowded terraces for aperitivi and the city's famous landmarks glow with nighttime illuminations. A Rome night tour is the best way to experience the city’s unique after-hours ambiance—and beat its daytime heat and crowds. You'll see the best of Rome on a tour, whether you’re photographing Piazza Navona at sunset, listening to spooky stories of long-dead emperors and gladiators, hitting wine bars in trendy Trastevere, or whipping through the centro storico by Vespa.
