It’s 3 hours in the hot sun. So book in the morning or later evening if you’re there in the warmer weather. Our tour guide Yasinia was absolutely amazing! So knowledgeable, made the tour interesting and fun without overwhelming the group with too much information.

I would highly recommend Viator Tours. Our flight got delayed by 23 hours and we were going to miss our Tour. When I contacted Viator to reschedule, they worked hard to get us in the day we arrived in Rome. Even though there was a fee to change our reservation, we didn't miss it! Arturo was a great guide!

We learned so much history and perspective about Ancient Rome as well as these three significant sites. Painless group entry was helpful to save time. Our guide, Arturo, was very funny and witty, while sharing a vast amount of information - so much better than self-guided or audio tours. Excellent Value and History

Christian Ricci was a great guide- knowledgeable and funny. This tour was an excellent choice for those tho want a value oriented option, those who want to avoid the heat and crowds, and those who want to walk a little less than the typical 3 hour comprehensive tour of these areas. I had taken a 3.5 hour tour about 10 days prior with a private group and it was great, but I knew my teenage history buff wouldn’t love the heat and crowds. This was perfect for her. Christian was awesome. Tip him well.

If your thinking about it.... Do it !

This was an amazing tour !! It was so funny- the bikes have wide seats, and are powered with minimal cycling. Can chose between 1-5. Our group was the best, fun and great humor. Our guide was just as amazing ! He was knowledgeable, took us through all the streets and major tourist zones. If your thinking about it do it !

Our tour guide, Christine or Christina (sorry but I suck with names), was awesome! She really knew her information and she was quite funny. She was also patient when some people did not follow the rules like no talking in the Sistine Chapel. Overall, I highly recommend this tour or especially the guide. It would have been nice to see Raphael's School of Athens, but this was not her fault.

A wonderful educational storytelling adventure in Rome...

We absolutely loved our tour of the crypts and catacombs. Both of our guides were amazing storytellers - educational, knowledgeable, and interesting as well as some dashes of humour :) We went for the after-hours, and it made the tour fun and less crowded. I would recommend doing both and joining a group like this!

Ivan’s Night Ghost Tour

Slightly confusing to find at the start but once we met Ivan and he started his tour it was a really great and fun experience! It went so fast eventhough it lasted 1 hour 30 minutes because it was so interesting and engaging throughout. Ivan was very knowledgable and passionate about Roman history and is a natural story teller with good jokes. Defiantly would recommend as a great way to spend a night to anyone visiting Rome!

There was a little more...

There was a little more walking involved, but very much worth it. Very informative guide gave us a lot of history and stories all about Rome.. my favorite part of the trip was finding out about the aqua ducts under the city and knowing that you could drink the water straight from the fountains.
