Peter our guide was a local that knew the areas and history of Rome. Very personable. Arrived early at our hotel for pick up. Beautiful clean Mercedes vehicle for the tour. Took us to many areas, the Pantheon, the large fountain, the Vatican, the Venice area, the Trevi Fountain, the Colleseum and other sites. Explained the history of the city thru the ages. Highly recommend this tour and Peter as your guide.

Guido was our tour guide...

Guido was our tour guide and he was fantastic! He speaks fluent English and was very easy to understand. He had in depth knowledge of Roma and the Roman Forum. The highlight of the tour is that you get to go inside the Colosseum. You get inside access to Palatine Hill as well. If you are looking for a very informative tour with a tour guide who answers every question expertly, this is the tour for you!

We booked this tour as a family of 3 on our very first trip to Italy and Rome. Not knowing how the lines would be to enter the Vatican, Sistine Chapel And St. Peter’s basilica we decided to go this route. And we were so very happy we did! Not only were the lines long beyond imagination . Maggie from Maya Tour was superb! She was punctual, insightful and knowledgeable about everything we saw and very calm (we lost another person while on tour ) and she was so very kind and reassuring to the family of the person who got separated from our group. Great Experience with a great guide

This was a great experience. My friend and I arrived in Rome earlier in the afternoon and thought this would be perfect way to introduce us to the city. Our guide Yousef was amazing, super informative and helpful with navigating around the city. He was very knowledgeable about the history of Rome. Would definitely recommend this experience to anyone who is big on european history or wants to walk around and look at the sites at night!!

An unforgettable tour of the Colosseum and Palatine Hill!

We’re absolutely exhausted, but this tour was 100% worth it. Walking through the Colosseum and Palatine Hill felt like stepping back in time — the history, the ruins, and the stories our guide shared really brought Ancient Rome to life. Even our seven-year-old was fascinated (especially by all the gladiator facts!). Our tour guide was incredible — easy to follow, full of knowledge, and always keeping the group together thanks to her bee stuffed animal on a stick. Such a fun touch that made it easy to spot her in the crowds! From the towering Arch of Titus to the breathtaking views over the Roman Forum, every stop felt surreal. By the end, we were completely worn out but smiling ear to ear. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Rome — it’s educational, inspiring, and an experience we’ll never forget.

Ivan’s Night Ghost Tour

Slightly confusing to find at the start but once we met Ivan and he started his tour it was a really great and fun experience! It went so fast eventhough it lasted 1 hour 30 minutes because it was so interesting and engaging throughout. Ivan was very knowledgable and passionate about Roman history and is a natural story teller with good jokes. Defiantly would recommend as a great way to spend a night to anyone visiting Rome!

There was a little more walking involved, but very much worth it. Very informative guide gave us a lot of history and stories all about Rome.. my favorite part of the trip was finding out about the aqua ducts under the city and knowing that you could drink the water straight from the fountains.
