This was an incredible tour. Usue is such an amazing guide! She knows so much, makes it interesting and it felt like the money I paid was totally worthy. Interesting, engaging, good views, she offered to take pictures, was able to answer all questions and even recommended nice places for lunch. I will definitely find more tours with her in my next visit.
In my groups there were kids and old people and she was always aware and double checking our wellbeing.

“Fee” was a knowledge guide well versed in Roman history. She welcomed questions and gave much information. The tour had much walking and climbing, yet fortunately she would pause periodically in the shade as she talked to give the group a bit of a rest. She presented in a lively, fun way that made Ancient Rome come alive.

The Tour Guide Selina is an archaelogist as well as a tour guide. She was very knowledgeable and ensured that we were taken to spots where we could get some great pictures. We were a group of 11 so it worked out very well. She was great at time management so we moved along at a nice steady pace. She allowed time for questions all throughout the tour. Her communications were very clear and included stories that were fun and interesting.
I would recommend this tour and Selina as a tour guide.

The best part of our tour was Paulo! He has a passion for Rome and the history of his city! He used people in the tour to re-enact the way Romans would have responded to the Emporor and helped us imagine what an event at the Colleseum would have been like. 5 Stars for Paulo! The colleseum was very crowded, but Paulo made sure we all stayed together.
Was a little disappointed in the lack of access to underneath the stage. We only got to walk around level 1 & a bit of 2. Would have liked to see more.

Disappointed with this trip, we purchased these tickets so we wouldn't have to queue. Not only did we have to wait 15 minutes past the start time of 9.30 for a family to arrive, we then had to queue for 45 minutes to get in, so much for skip the queue! We then has issues at security as another family didn't have ID for their children which was required to provide they were under 18. (Not Vintours fault)
We then had to queue again to get in to the Forum and didn't get in till 12, this tour was due to finish at 12.30 so didn't have long to hear about the history, even though the tour did run over a bit & we could stay in the forum afterwards, however after being on our feet for nearly 4 hours (as we were asked to arrive at 9.15) in the sun most people left to get food & drink & some shade.
I don't feel it wasn't worth the money when you can get tickets yourself & join a smaller individual queue to get in at the Colosseum quicker.

This was truly a disappointing experience! The tour organizer was incredibly unprofessional and difficult to get hold of. And when we finally got hold of them, they came with outright lies and untruths. The meeting place was poorly marked, unclear and the agreed place was full of tourists. When we finally found the group, the guide was very nice and knowledgeable. But that was also the only positive. By all means steer clear of this tour operator as it is not worth the money.

Going inside the colosseum and Forum with our guide, Barbara. She let us through and around the crowds to get to the sites, avoiding the massive lines waiting outside. We would never be able to do this on our own.

We had a wonderful time in our Group with our tour guide Paul/Paulo - this man is just wonderful. He was interesting, funny, knowledgeable and so passionate about history. There were some children in the group, including my teenager, and he involved them in re-enactments which kept them entertained and engaged. 100% recommend to anyone who wants to experience all that is so incredible about the Colloseum and Roman history.

If you are going to pick just one guided tour in Rome, this is it. I really don't think we would have got as much out of seeing the Colosseum, Forum and Pallatine Hill without our wonderful guide Mr. Massimo. He was engaging, knowledgeable and funny. We stopped at spots where if you were on your own you wouldn't think to stop and look at something significant. Also, pointed out water filling spots and toilets. It is really archeology and architecture overload in that there is so much to see that you don't know where to look at first. Massimo would point out something like the names on the columns and the history behind it. You are walking alot, but we found the pace totally doable. Take the time after the tour to just hang around and look at more. Well worth it.

Juliana was an amazing tour guide. She was funny, knowledgeable and made the tour a wonderful experience for all of us. Even though we walked around a lot and it was hot she gave us breaks in the shade and made the visit an unforgettable one. Our guide was great, although the speaker system was sometimes hard to hear, lots of static. But we got to see everything as described. Meeting place was very easy to find, and we really appreciated the skip-the-line access.

Once again, we had a knowledgeable guide who showed us all the main points of interest. She also fully answered any questions that people in our group had. It was very crowded, as you would expect in summer holiday time, but the guide kept the group together, found us shade to stand in and gave us adequate time to see everything.

Selene was our tour guide and she was fantastic! She has a PhD in Archaeology and has completed many excavations at the site. I appreciated the depth of her knowledge as well as her detailed explanations. Her tour and qualifications far surpassed our expectations.
Visitors should know that it does get quite hot in Rome during the summer, so be sure to bring a hat, sunscreen, umbrella, and water bottles (they have many refilling stations at the site).

We were 10 people, booked the tour at 9am
Before our arrival, we were informed that the meeting point was going to change to another place (that's call it B), we confirmed.
That day we went to the meeting point B at 08:50, after handed the voucher to the staff, we were told to wait. 15 mins later. They asked us to go back to the original meeting point, which took us another 10 mins walking. but by the time we backed to the original meeting point, the guide said we were late and didn't allow us to join the group.
Even though we showed them the screen shot of they messaged us the issue of changing meeting point.They still didn't really care about the fact that was completely their mistake, neither they let us join the tour, netiher they show any intention of giving back the payment.
In the end, we were force to purchase tickets on site. Totally not recommended this group.
