Perfect tour to get the chance to visit these 2 amazing places in Italy. Optimal time spent in the bus to maximise the time for the actual visiting. They have a great system of sharing a Google Maps route with saved stops for each of Alberobello and Matera. Worked like a charm for us.

Very professional company, everything was perfectly organized. The driver and guide were both super friendly, knowledgeable and made the day really enjoyable. Matera is a unique town, that must be visited once in a lifetime. They also offered to change the drop-off point at the end of the tour as we preferred to stay closer to Bari city center see the christmas lights. You can trust them completely - and you won't regret it!

Vincent and Paolo were amazing hosts, very polite and lighthearted, but also very knowledgeable and professional. The food was excellent and the emphasis on process to help you better your technique was evident! Lots of wine and plenty of food! A delightful evening!

Despite traveling from the United States (New Jersey), we couldn't have asked for a better experience exploring the stunning Polignano a Mare coastline. What Made This Tour Special: Expert Commentary: Claudio delivered fascinating historical and geological information about the area, from the famous Domenico Modugno statue and "Volare" connection to the Red Bull Cliff Diving Challenge platforms. His explanations about the limestone formations, seashell fossils, and tectonic processes were educational without being overwhelming. Spectacular Cave Exploration: We visited multiple stunning caves including Grotta Palazzese (home to the famous restaurant), Bishop Cave, Grotta Ardito with its historic passage, and the massive Pigeons Cave. Each had unique features and stories. Swimming Opportunity: The stop for swimming near Grotta Palazzese was a highlight – the water temperature was around 18-19°C (mid-60s°F), refreshing and totally worth it! We can't recommend this tour enough and our guide was wonderful. There were 8 of us. 4 English speaking and 4 Spanish speaking. I was able to practice my Spanish comprehension listening to our guide repeat everything in Spanish. All three towns were fascinating. Clearly, we booked it to see Alberobello, but Monopoli and Polignano are must-sees, too.

There were 8 people on the course, it was very interesting and fun. The whole concept was thoughtfully put together and the mixture of drinks with a huge tray of olives, dried tomatoes etc., was an excellent start. The pasta making was fun and then sitting all together to enjoy the pasta and sauces Enza had made the whole experience one to remember.

This was a spectacular tour! The captain was incredibly skilled, it was amazing watching him maneuver in and out of the caves. His first mate was awesome, too. They stopped to point out landmarks and give backstories. The landscape is breathtaking and the water crystal clear. This was a great tour, highly recommend. Please note, we were offered prosecco but not water, so if you don’t drink prosecco you may want to bring some water just in case. Either way, fabulous tour and I highly recommend.

We had a fantastic boat trip from Monopoli to Polignano a mare caves. It’s a great small boat with up to 6 people and the driver and tour guide who speaks brilliant English. Both friendly and keen to make sure we had a very enjoyable experience. We got to swim in the clear blue sea and had some prosecco and focaccias. Thank you very much
