Great tour - Marcelo provided an engaging tour with great historical insight and interesting facts. I’ve been to the Colosseum before but without a guide. Marcelo brought imagery that made the experience memorable. I highly recommend booking the arena floor; it was worth the extra cost.

Very in depth tour of the Coloseum. Our guide, Gabrielle, was the most knowledgeable docent of our trip. She wove fragments of history together to tell a complete story of the construction, social and political importance of the Coloseum, the scope of the spectacles enacted there, dispelled commonly assumed myths, and identified the reinforcement of the stratified social classes that the seating emphasized . Gabrielle brought the Coloseum to life - the walls came alive with the people of a long ago time.

Profound and beautiful experience!

As a Catholic, this was a profound experience for me. I didn't realize when I booked it that we were going to witness the pope's final public audience of the Jubilee Year when the Holy Doors are open. Our guide was wonderful and obtained the very best seats possible for us to see Pope Leo up close. I could practically reach out and touch him when the "pope mobile" stopped right in front of our group. And I was able to get some incredible photos! There was a ceremony and a papal blessing that left me in tears. Everything about this tour was magical and I am so happy that I included it as part of my Christmas visit to Rome.

10/10 Fun & Easy!

The tour was wonderful! We had the pleasure of Jeanette being our guide who was personable and knowledgeable! We had a group of about 8 people total which helped with staying together through the big crowds. We cut the line and went through security very easily with our group. The tour was an hour and a half which was perfect for seeing the major areas like the Sistine chapel without doing so much that you lose interest/ get tired. There was 1 20 minute break right before the Sistine chapel for bathroom and cafe/ exploring the chapel at your own pace. Every artifact we stopped at was explained thoroughly by Jeanette leaving time for questions as well. She is a fun guide if you get her! Highly recommend this tour if you are unsure of where to book. They made it all easy and fun!

Had a fun time on this tour. With traffic it was about a 35-49 minute ride outside of the city to the catacombs. We didn’t have gift shop time because we were late due to traffic but that’s no one’s fault. The tour itself was informative, respectful, and just really cool. The museum portion after was my favorite part, the bone exhibit was breathtaking. Can’t recommend this tour enough

We had a wonderful time on our Amalfi & Positano Day trip with Marius. Marius provided the perfect balance of information and helpful tips. The bus ride was comfortable. Seeing Italy's countryside was beautiful. The Amalfi Coast took our breath away seeing it by boat. It is a long day but for my husband it was the best because he did not have to drive and was able to enjoy the whole day. Marius was a great guide, and I would definitely request his tour if we visited again. Thanks!

A great tour with a knowledgeable guide. We went for the history and art and not for religious purposes. The Vatican museum portion can feel lengthy until you get to the Sistine Chapel and Basilica. Sistine chapel seemed a bit rushed and would have liked more time to marvel at the art but overall great experience.
