The best way to see Rome. We loved the night tour. Meryl was an excellent guide. Highly recommend! We saw most of the sites during the day to see the architecture and detail of the buildings and sites, but the night tour by golf cart with all the historical details was amazing. There are also incredibly less people at each site in the evening making it much more enjoyable!

What a great way to get an overview of Rome and the major piazzas and sights, We met the golf carts near our hotel- there were 2 with a total of 10 people in them.. The guide gave good background information and we had photo stops at each piaxzza. The gelato was made in house and delicious. HIghly recommend this as a way to start your visit to Rome.

Luca was an amazing guide!!! He provided such an interesting history of Rome and was very entertaining. Riding around the streets of Rome on a golf cart was a fun adventure. Hoping off the cart to get a close up view of some of the sites was a great addition to the tour. The gelato was delicious! Would 100% recommend this tour and tour company. The complimentary water was greatly appreciated in the hot weather.

Whistle stop Rome

Terri_B, Jul 2026
Fantastic small tour overview of Rome - great way to see the city if you have just a short time and want a more personal experience.

Fantastic from start to finish

Francine_L, Jul 2026
We had a fantastic golf cart tour of Rome with Alex. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience so enjoyable. His passion for the city really shone through, and he shared so many interesting stories and hidden gems we would never have found on our own. We would highly recommend Alex to anyone visiting Rome. Thank you for making our trip so special!

Awesome way to see Rome

Susan_K, Jul 2026
This is a great way to see the highlights of Rome when you're on a time schedule. Our tour guide, Francesco, was great! He was very knowledgeable and humorous. He made the experience fun.

Unorganized and rushed

Mayra_H, Jul 2026
The last half of the tour was rushed because we spent 1 hour looking for a couple that decided to stay at piazza navona for dinner without letting the guide know. This could have been avoided if the guide gave strict timelines instead of "take your time and come back to the golf cart when you're ready." It was unfair to the rest of us on the golf cart that paid for a full and complete experience.

Book it!

MichelleAmarillo, Jul 2026
If you’re hesitant to book it, just do it! We had a great time. We did not explore any of the sites yet so it was nice to see the popular sites you hear about and more! Our tour was at 8:30pm and it was the perfect time for our kids (age 5, 6 and 9). By the time it ended it was 11:30pm but the best option for us since I know our kids would have a miserable time during the day because of the (July) heat. We even got to see the sunset during our tour! Our tour guide, Eddie, was awesome! We all learned so much. Bonus! We also enjoyed really awesome gelato :)

The noise all around us...

Marisa_B, Jul 2026
The noise all around us in the streets, plus a difficult time understanding our tour guide in general, made this tour into a ride around the city with stops along the way at Rome’s highlights. Our tour guide was very kind. We just didn’t learn anything, but saw plenty.

Great intro to Rome!

Andrea_N, Jul 2026
The whole experience was perfect! Meryl was equally intelligent and humorous! It was a great way to see a lot of Rome on the first day of a vacation. Especially in the heat of the summer! Just enough time at each stop to hit the highlights and helped us add a few more stops throughout our stay! Definitely recommend it!

Great tour

Jaime_R, Jul 2026
Excellent! Our tour guide Margarite was so knowledgeable, kind, helpful and answered so many questions. Great way to see the city! I would recommend to anyone considering this adventure

Incredible

Elizabeth_W, Jul 2026
We did this tour our first night in Rome (5:30 pm). Our tour guide, Alex, was incredible. Our whole family including kids (19, 19, 17, and 13) loved it. Alex was so knowledgeable about all the history of every building he showed us. He made sure everyone was comfortable and had ample time for photos. Highly recommend!

Nice transition away from traditional walking tours

Jeffrey_R, Jul 2026
This tour was a nice transition from the standard walking tours. We primarily selected this tour as a way to stay awake after our long international flight. The golf carts gave us a nice cliff note version of the various sites. The tour guide was a bit hard to follow at times, but we generally got what we wanted (a quick overview of the sites that we would normally not go see on our own). The drivers in Rome are aggressive, and sharing the streets with other cars was a bit scary at times. Overall this was a good tour.

Great Golf Cart Tour with Edi

Svetlana_P, Jul 2026
Such a great experience from start to finish! Touring Rome by golf cart with Edi was honestly the best way to begin our sightseeing — relaxing, fun, and perfect for seeing so much without rushing. Edi was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, sharing stories and history that made every stop feel special. And the ice cream break… absolutely the best. A fantastic way to kick off Rome — highly recommend!

Very informative excursion

Lorna_M, Jul 2026
Eddie was awesome! He was so knowledgeable and patient with us. We had a great time and learned a ton of stuff we never would have known had we not had taken this tour. It was a great introduction to Rome. And Eddie dropped us off at his favorite Italian mom and pop restaurant at the end of the tour. The food was amazing! We thought about going back the next night.

Fun & great overview of Rome!

lucia_m, Jul 2026
This is a fabulous way to see the highlights of Rome and get orientated to the city. It’s fun! Don’t expect to learn too much about Rome, it’s more about the buildings. Sometimes it’s hard to hear the tour operator thru the traffic sounds as well, even with the earpiece. But I would 100% recommend .

Fantastic Golf Cart Tour

U_V, Jul 2026
We had a wonderful golf cart city tour with Sylvia and Danny! Sylvia's passion for the city was absolutely infectious, and it was clear from the start how knowledgeable she was. She took the time to learn everyone's names, asked where we were from, happily answered all of our questions, and always made sure the group stayed together. Even though we had two full golf carts, the tour never felt crowded or overwhelming. Everything was well organized, relaxed, and enjoyable from start to finish. We learned so much and had a fantastic time. I would highly recommend this tour, especially if you're lucky enough to have Sylvia as your guide!

See Rome in a short period of time

nancy_k, Jun 2026
This was exactly what we wanted to see the highlights of Rome in a short period of time. Our guide was informative and friendly, and this was a great choice for us.

Best value

Nancy_E, Jun 2026
We felt that this tour was the absolute best value for the money. Our guide was so pleasant and knowledgeable, a real pro. We got to see so many sites. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Rome on a tight timeframe but wanting to see the major tourist destinations.

Great quick tour

Briane_B, Jun 2026
Great tour - all the best highlights of your time in Rome is super limited or you have kids with short attention spans. The time at each stop is about perfect.

Lots of walking, driving...

Elena, Jun 2026
Lots of walking, driving along narrow alleys. Goof concise way to see main Rome landmarks. I enjoyed it despite +40 drgrees heat. However, there are ways to improve this experience. 1. Tour guide needs to have a flag, for us to easier locate the guide in the crowded places. 2.When the guide is about to move on, s/he needs to announce it on the walkie-talkie. If these two things were in place, I would not get lost at Spanish steps. I ended up missing seeing the Spanish steps, and found it quite stressful as I got lost and nearly missed my group departure in the golf cart.

Great experience

Kahlina_F, Jun 2026
The tour was great. Eddie was a wonderful tour guide. We got to see some of the sites that we wouldn’t have otherwise been able to see during our short trip. Unfortunately we did have some technical difficulties with the microphones and listening devices though.

Recommend!

Allison_K, Jun 2026
Great way to see the city. Our driver Alex was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. Made it very enjoyable for us.

Golf Cart tour with this company was the BEST!!!!

wrose0722, Jun 2026
This was the way to go to see Rome at night it was spectacular no crowds and see everything lit up except Trevi still busy. This is a must see and the tour was amazing. The alternated people in different seats in case you wanted a different view our daughters sat in the back the entire trip and loved it. Every stop was amazing and they took pictures on whoever wanted them. Also the gelato shop you go to hands down the best and we went to alot being in rome for 4 days. Anyway book this tour it is well worth it. We went to Rome before Covid and their where no Golf Carts so when you toured the places in June and July especially in the day it was so hot and to tired to go at night.

Fun experience!

CarolAnn_M, Jun 2026
Very nice! A good general overview of Rome. Today it was very hot out, but thankfully they supplied water and even stopped for gelato, which was yummy! Our guide was very knowledgeable and sweet!!

This is a great way to...

Anne_G, Jun 2026
This is a great way to get a snapshot of Rome’s main attractions when on limited time constraints. Would definitely recommend.

Best way to see Rome in a day

Linda_S, Jun 2026
Arvin was a tour guide and he was fabulous. With the current heat wave he got us as close as possible to the sights. So much better than a walking tour. Each time we got back on the golf cart, you got a nice breeze to refresh you from the heat. We were also given a nice refreshingly cold bottle of water to start the tour. We went to a wonderful gelato shop near the pantheon. All natural fresh ingredients. I would highly recommend this trip.

Great fast Rome tour, a must for your first day.

Robert_F, Jun 2026
Margyrita was an excellent guide. She shared great history and context on all of the major sites in Rome. This was a perfect way for my family to get to know the city before our in depth tours.

Some of the best money we spent in Rome!

russ_s, Jun 2026
A great way to familiarize yourself with the city at the start of your trip. Golf carts are very comfortable and clean. The guides are very kind and knowledgeable (and funny)! The gelato was delicious. Love, love, love this tour…can’t recommend it enough!!!

Don’t hesitate to book this tour

jeannefmay, Jun 2026
Rome at night is glorious and this golf cart tour reveals it to you. Our driver, Martin, was excellent, sharing his vast knowledge and answering all questions, plus he had a sense of humor.

Definitely book this!

Diana_C, Jun 2026
Our golf cart tour was the perfect way to see the city sites all lit up in the evening. There was time for pictures at each of the stops and our tour guide, Eddie, even offered to take pics for all of the families.❤️ Eddie was funny, taught us about history and culture, gave us insider tips about Rome, and was so kind in answering all of our questions. Thank you Eddie and Armando!
