The earbudd were good. Some experiences have been switching to a worse earbud system, and this was not one. The gyide gave valuable background info and plenty of time to take things in. She offered a lot of help and was overall extremely friendly. She spoke very good English as well.

Definitely recommend purchasing tickets ahead of time. Lines were very long. Audio guide perfect to explore at your own pace

Solid tour with good information, given that it was a huge group of people. He dealt with it well, considering the fact that we were a massive group. We went on Sunday morning and were able to stay for mass. It was a big bonus!

This was a great way to experience the Pantheon. We bypassed the line, went straight inside, and learned quite a bit about both its design and history in just 45 minutes.
Our guide, Arturo, packed a lot of facts and details into a short amount of time. It was a little information-heavy at moments, but 45 minutes felt like the ideal length for the experience. I left knowing much more than I did going in without feeling like we had spent too long on any one thing or anything felt too rushed.
One of the better tours we had in Rome overall. Would recommend!

We enjoyed this tour back in 2022 so we decided to take it again in 2026. The Pantheon holds many stories so having our tour guide describe the history made our second visit as memorable as our first. I would take this tour again the next time we’re in Rome

Our tour guide Rae was great she was very knowledgeable and welcomed questions. She did an excellent job explaining the architecture of the Pantheon. I just think the small group tour was over priced. There were about 24 of us. Other small group tours we have taken in Rome have been about 8 people. We spent the majority of the time standing near the center watching video clips and photographs on a small iPad. There was very little information shared on the beautiful frescoes.
We did enjoy the skip the line entrance and the fact that we could stay after to walk around and see what we had missed.

The title on Viator is deceiving. It's not a guided tour with a person on the audio, like most guided tours are. It was an audio tour via an app. Not worth the money spent.
