- A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements
- Name on the ticket: All entrance tickets must be purchased in the name of the visitor. It is mandatory to ensure that the name entered during the booking process matches the visitor's identification. Regardless of the purchaser, the ticket must be in the visitor's name to be valid for entry.
- Invalid Tickets: If the name on the ticket does not match the identity of the visitor, the ticket will be considered invalid and cannot be used for entry.
- Liability: We do not accept any responsibility for any mistakes made during the booking process. If the visitor's name is entered incorrectly, the ticket will be invalid and no refunds or corrections can be made.
- Security: Visitors must pass through airport-style security. The wait at the security checkpoint can last more than 30 minutes, depending on Vatican security.

Guide provided good information about the church however we were denied access to the dome although had the tickets and Viator is refusing to refund!
It was amazing! To see it in person is awe inspiring and our guide (Damieono)sp? was truly knowledgeable and provided a lot of detailed information about St Peter’s Basilica!
Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and he spoke a large variety of languages. He provided us with a fabulous tour giving a very clear history during the tour. Without the guide we would not have had such a good experience. Thank you.
Great experience and guide was very informative. My only recommendation is the guide makes sure no one is left behind. It’s so crowded there it’s easy to get separated.

Well worth the price
Free line to get into the Basillica waa 3 blocks long in the HOT SUN and could take 1 ~ 2 houra
Took me about 30 minutes from time scheduled and being walked there by Juan and going thru security. Juan was fantastic and very informative about the procedure we were going to go thru.

Perhaps the most impressive sight in all of Rome. We enjoyed our visit. The ticket pick up was easy and he walked us right over. Be mindful- you do need to wait in line for entrance and security but no waiting for your turn- just the process!

The process worked great. Meet at the meeting point with your voucher, get your email ticket, and then get escorted to the front of the entry line. There is a special security line for online tickets too. Made it smooth and easy.

The company was very accommodating and the guide Roberto was great. He was extremely knowledgeable and kind. I was traveling with my 83 yrar old father who has difficulty walking long distances. He gladly stopped any time my father needed to rest and was very helpful getting us through security and around the basilica. It was beautiful, amazing and we are so glad we booked this tour. It was a great end to a great day in Rome!

Our tour leader was awesome. He took us over early to get us in then told us to walk back to the meeting point and he got us a cab back to the hotel.

This operation is a scam. We were given tickets in someone else’s name that was purchased days in advance. Entry to the Vatican is FREE. don’t fall for this tourist trap. Disputing with our card provider.

The pick up point, while close to St. Peter's, was difficult to find. It's a small street that has a different name on the other side of the intersection. Hence, we missed it and passed it several times.
When we picked up the tickets, it was an unbearably hot August day in Rome. I advised the attendant that we would only want the Skip the Line as the lines into St. Peter's were very long. He walked us over the to the 'Skip The Line' security entrance and we were on our own. It was good just the same as it's not difficult to navigate St. Peter's... but on a hot, crowded day... difficult.

It was very easy. They told us where the Meeting place was. They gave me tickets. They personally walked us over to the Colosseum and got us right in the front door and told us where to go. Very good job.

Strongly suggest booking St. Peter's with a guide. It is a magnificent and enormous sized place. Our audio guide did not work, so we just walked around and took in the beauty.

This wasn’t really a tour, more like a ticketing agent/cattle herder who ensured we were in the right place at the right time experience. Not great, but not bad. People were friendly, but this isn’t a guided experience inside the Basilica, they just get you to the door and then you’re on your own. The Basilica is so beautiful and so amazing, with so much history! We aren’t sorry we purchased our entrance tickets this way, just keep your expectations low as this isn’t a guided tour. We like to explore on our own so this worked well for our group of four.

Entrance to St. Peter’s Basilica is free. The price paid therefore does not represent an admission fee to the Basilica, but covers the services purchased, including Skip-the-Line access, customer assistance, voucher management and collection, and the possibility of leaving luggage or other items that are not permitted inside the Basilica at our office.
The fact that the line was short at the time of your visit was certainly fortunate, but waiting times can vary considerably depending on the day, time, and number of visitors, and this does not change the nature of the service purchased.
We understand that, having encountered a short line, you may have felt that the service offered less value on that particular occasion. However, especially in response to the description of our service as a “scam,” we believe it is important to clarify that the payment was not a fee to enter the Basilica, but covered the services provided together with Skip-the-Line access, which normally significantly reduces waiting times.

Easy to book and check in. Guide marched the group to the skip the line entrance and got us through security. Not a guided tour inside. Go early if considering soon as it is hot and packed in the museum. We skipped Sistine Chapel and spent more time in the area where missionaries had gathered art and artifacts from all over the world. Few people there and cooler.
