Great Tour of the Forum and Colosseum

Tour of the Forum was fantastic and informative. Our guide was good about navigating the hot day while he shared a great deal of the history of these ancient grounds. TOURIKS notified us prior to our experience that the tour of the Colosseum was different in advance due to some issues with entrance with other groups. They offered a refund and were highly communicative about the change. The guide still gave us the tour outside the Colosseum, and then we had individual entrance into Colosseum. They did everything right and we couldn’t have been more appreciative. Great tour and highly recommend this to other families interested in the history of the Forum and Colosseum.

Great day!

It’s a long day, but well worth the price you pay. Even on one of the hottest days of the year, we still had a great time! The views from the bus are gorgeous. Wish we had a bit more time to see Positano, but your day really is jam-packed! Shoutout to our tour guide, Antonino - he was so informative and fun to interact with! Even gave us recommendations for the rest of our time in Rome.

Pari is amazing!!

Pari was an incredible tour guide! This was my first time visiting Rome and my first guided tour, and she made it such a memorable experience. The overall tour was...

The overall tour was amazing. Loved the dynamic of the climb and the history of Pompeii. However, be wary if your tour stops at a limoncello tasting. The main woman is super vibrant at first but IMO is kind of shiesty. But hey everyone has to make money somehow.

Excellent Tour!

I thoroughly enjoyed this day trip from Rome to Pompeii and Sorrento. It's a full day with quite a bit of driving, but it's an excellent way to see two iconic destinations if you're short on time. Our guide, Natasha, was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, engaging, and did a great job pointing out the highlights throughout the day. The guided tour of Pompeii covered the major sites and provided a great introduction to this fascinating archaeological site. While the stop in Sorrento was relatively short, there was still enough time to explore, soak up the atmosphere, and get a feel for the town. The tour was very well organised, communication was excellent from start to finish, and everything ran smoothly. I have no hesitation in recommending this tour to anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable day trip from Rome.

The travel to Tuscany with Lawra was phenomenal! She was truly a knowledgeable and caring guide. She ensured all attendees were accounted for and cared for. The driver on this tour was equally phenomenal. He ensures our safe travels to and from implementing excellent travel escapes around accidents encountered on the byways. He got us back to Rome in record time navigating with his expertise and knowledge. His name escapes me. The trip to Montepulciano was great! Beautiful history, great food and wine, Pienza was a lively experience as well. The trip to Tuscany was a great ,peaceful experience. We only could not control the heat.

Overall, I had a great experience with this Colosseum tour, you do it on your own with clear instructions . Everything went smoothly, and the tickets were emailed to me the night before making entry easy and hassle-free. The only point of confusion was that the tour details mentioned a pickup location, even though the tickets were sent electronically the evening before. It would be helpful if the instructions were updated or clarified to avoid any uncertainty for future travelers. Aside from that, the experience was excellent. The process was organized, and visiting the Colosseum was unforgettable. I would recommend this tour and would book with this company again.

Only tour Vatican with a guide!

Do not attempt touring the Vatican without a guide! I watched our guide (Debra) work us through the crowded lines I was grateful we had her! She knew exactly where to position us and how to get us through the tour without feeling the pressure of the crowds. On top of that she was extremely knowledgable, had great stories, and made sure every one in our group saw the most important and fascinating parts of each area. I noticed she was well known by the Vatican staff and that they had a high respect for her as well. Thank you Debra for making our tour amazing!

Crowded but beautiful

I'm giving it a 5 star because the tour guide was nice and helpful. And Venice overall is beautiful and such a magnificent city, with a beautiful Church square. However, we went in July. It was extremely hot and too crowded. also, make sure to do the gondola ride. I thought that's what the ticket was for, but I was mistaken. It was for the boat that takes the people back to the Train Station.

A day in Tivoli!

We had an amazing time on this trip! The ruins of Hadrian’s villa contrasted with the renaissance villa was a great way to see history unfold. The guide was knowledgeable and very kind. The only thing I would say was that the lunch was just meh. We had fun speaking to the other group members, but the food was only okay. There were plenty of other options. The pick up point was easy to find.

Asunta was an amazing...

Asunta was an amazing tour guide! She was a wealth of knowledge and very friendly. There was one older lady and an eight year old girl, and she made sure they were comfortable. She also was a good guide that allowed us to navigate the Vatican and Sistine chapel smoothly.
