What To Expect

Choose from a range of start times throughout the day when booking; then, make your own way to the conveniently located cooking facility near Piazza Navona.

Once you've met your chef-host and fellow students, grab your apron and start with a lesson in making tiramisu. Next, learn to make two types of pasta from scratch: fettuccine and ravioli. Your instructor guides you as you make your ravioli filling from seasonally available ingredients.

After you've finished your cooking, sit down with a glass of wine to enjoy the fruits of your labor. End your experience with the tiramisu that you made yourself, as well as coffee and limoncello.

We booked this class the day before and what a great decision it was! Leo was an incredible instructor, easy going, knowledgeable and up for a laugh! We had the absolute best time! It was a main highlight of our 4 week Europe holiday. We had never made pasta before, but know how to do it now and will be making it back home. The food was all incredible, even better than restaurants we ate at in Rome! We loved also getting to know other people in the group and sitting and chatting to them over our meal at the end of the session. Highly recommend booking this class!!! And thank you Leo!!

Day misunderstanding

When I booked it, I thought it was the 14th. It was Monday. When we got there, there was only four other people there and they said that we could only stay if we paid 40 extra person in cash so not only did we give you $300 we had to give them an extra $200 in order to do the class it definitely was not worth $500.

According to our records, the reservation was made for a different day than the one you attended. When guests arrive on the wrong date, the original booking is unfortunately considered missed. Similar to arriving at a cinema on the wrong day and expecting to use a ticket for a different screening, the original reservation cannot automatically be transferred. However, rather than asking you to purchase entirely new tickets, our team offered a heavily discounted rebooking opportunity so you could still join the class that day. The additional amount was not a supplement to your original booking, but a reduced-rate option to participate immediately despite the scheduling mistake. We understand this may not have been fully clear at the time, and we regret any confusion. Our goal was simply to find the best possible solution and avoid you missing the experience altogether. We appreciate your feedback and thank you for visiting Rome.

We had a good time but there was not free flowing drinks - one glass of wine at dinner. Otherwise available for a cost. The experience was fun, could have used a fan very warm ( a hot June day dress appropriately) enough food for dinner, Marco was obviously an experienced chief and had great tips.

Expect to get a little messy. Flour, eggs, sugar, creme, cocoa powder will get everywhere. It's worth it, though. It is a lot of fun and is really satisfying to actually eat what you prepare. Just hope you get a great instructor like Paris

Our head chef Marco, made this a fun experience we will never forget. As a family of four (kids 12 and 13), it was our favorite experience in Rome. Marco ensured everyone had a great time while learning to cook. Food was incredible and we never felt rushed.
