- This tour has a very tight itinerary and the distances in the cities are great. From Rome to Pisa there is a 4h ride and the same back from Florence. We do not recommend it for people with mobility problems. The pace of the visit is demanding.
- Please note, this tour travels between the cities by bus, and you will be on this bus for several hours. Specifically the journey from Rome to Pisa lasts approximately 4 hours, and the same for the return to Rome from Florence
- You will enjoy Pisa and Florence at your own pace, but you can always count on your tour leader for any doubt or requirement.
- If you have chosen the audioguide option in Florence we will send you the instructions to download it when your booking is confirmed. Please note an Android (version 5.0 and later) or iOS smartphone is required. The audio tour is not compatible with Windows Phones, iPhone 5/5C or older, iPod Touch 5th generation or older, iPad 4th generation or older, iPad Mini 1st generation

It was a fun experience. My husband and I had good time walking around Florence and taking pics in Pisa. The tour guide gave us some advice on where to go since our time was limited. It was an overall a nice time.

If you are pressed for time and would like to have the opportunity to see Florence and Pisa from Rome, this tour is a great option. Mary Jo was our guide—and she was friendly, professional, and informative. I felt like we were in great hands with her.
I hope to return to both cities on a future trip when I have more time, but this was a wonderful introduction and overview to both places and a chance to see the famous highlights.

I think that this is a good tour made primarily for more couples and solo travelers. However, our guide- Tiziano and our driver Dino made the tour much better. Tizianos exceptional knowledge of different spots helped us make informed decisions when it came to us having free time.

If you want a tour this is not it. If you want a group bus ride to 2 places, Pisa and Florence to get dropped off at for a little bit, this is your ride.

This was a nice tour and very good tour guide, Tizano. The time given to wander and see the sights for Pisa and Florence is fine. We ate in Florence at the recommended restaurant where the meeting point is and the food and service was excellent. In Florence, the buses have a designated parking spot so you will need to walk home, probably a 20 minute walk to the meeting place. There is also a rest stop breaking going to Pisa in the morning and you can sample various food items, chocolates, crackers with olive oil, salsa, or other spreads, etc.

There is definitely a lot of bus travel involved in this excursion but it makes visiting Tuscany (Pisa, Florence) possible in a single day. Our tour guide Lisa was very knowledgeable and kind, and kept us on schedule.

Beautiful trip! Aaron and Mirko made this long trip awesome. Aaron gave lots on information before he set us free and explore Pisa and Florence. Booking the Florence and Pisa Full Day Tour from Rome through Viator was the perfect way to see two of Italy’s most iconic cities in one day. The entire process was smooth, and everything from transportation to timing was well-organized.
The drive was comfortable, and our guide made the journey enjoyable with interesting insights about the regions we passed. Florence was absolutely stunning—we had the chance to admire its incredible architecture, rich history, and lively atmosphere. Pisa was equally amazing, and seeing the Leaning Tower in person was a true bucket-list moment.

Highly recommend to people who wants to see Pisa and Florence but may not have enough time to do it all. It's a quick pace tour but you do have enough time to do a little of everything. Museum tickets are not included so pre-plan for that if its a priority for you. My guide was Mary Jo and she was great.

Too much unnecessary walking on the stop in Florence. There should be a change in the drop off policy. The bus should drop travellers off at the square and then park somewhere else and then come back at the end of the time allowed.

The only thing I suggest is to plan your route in Florence, buy walking food and drinks if you are there for sites. It was a smooth process and our guide Aaron was fabulous. Giuseppe our driver, got us there safe and sound. Overall, the experience was wonderful. Aaron was quite knowledgeable and enthusiastic.

The tour from Rome commenced early in the morning, allowing us to witness the dawn of a new day in Rome. The Amigo Tour, guided by the friendly and welcoming Syliva, along with our driver Mikco, was a delightful experience. Syliva was very accommodating, informing us that we would be stopping for breakfast in the Umbria region of Italy, bordering Tuscany. It was truly a wonderful place. I was hoping to find wine and olive oil, and I was successful. I also had the pleasure of tasting truffles. During our journey to Pisa, Syliva provided a visual presentation about Pisa. Syliva maintained a well-paced tour. Afterward, we proceeded to Florence. We appreciated Syliva's use of technology, such as WhatsApp, to communicate and provide a map of historical sites in Florence. If you are looking for a delicious steak, Syliva is the person to ask. Thank you, Syliva and Mikco. We wholeheartedly recommend this tour.

Awesome tour! Silvia our guide was fantastic and her driver was amazing! Full of life, charisma , and charm. Gives you great information and direction but free time to explore. Just wish it was longer. Be prepared to walk a LOT!

Roberto and Marco the driver was superb. Good clear advice. On time and efficient
Tuscany overview good, Pisa details to the point and help access the Cathedral. A bit more time would be great. Florence was good as well. My friend had mobility issues so difficult to keep up with the pace in the heat. We loss the group by the app help to connect by what’s app and google maps
Florence is a safe city, the concierge ad hotel Santa Maria David help is out. We got a really good tour on a golf buggy good deal. We saw all the key sights ,pictures and food with minimal walking plus he took us back to the coach stop. Amazing short break

One.of the worst tour guide we experienced on our whole trip. She didn't speak for the first hour and spoke nothing upon the return trip. Whatever she spoke about was mostly where we were going and should a map of suggestions. She didn't really cover the history culture and were we currently were nor did she walk with us o ce we arrived with and informativeinformationof the area.. I dont recommend anything from Amigo tours

This tour was nice but alot of walking from bus to location /sites. In Florence from where the bus parked it was over a mile to walk to the sites. Total on this tour I walked 6.1mls. Many guests ended up taking a taxi back to the bus, I do not recommend for older folks or if too much walking is a challenge.
