- This tour has a very tight itinerary and the distances in the cities are great. From Rome to Pisa there is a 4h ride and the same back from Florence. We do not recommend it for people with mobility problems. The pace of the visit is demanding.
- Please note, this tour travels between the cities by bus, and you will be on this bus for several hours. Specifically the journey from Rome to Pisa lasts approximately 4 hours, and the same for the return to Rome from Florence
- You will enjoy Pisa and Florence at your own pace, but you can always count on your tour leader for any doubt or requirement.
- If you have chosen the audioguide option in Florence we will send you the instructions to download it when your booking is confirmed. Please note an Android (version 5.0 and later) or iOS smartphone is required. Trip was decent if you just want someone to do the planning for you. It was really rushed though and really gave little time in each place to enjoy Pisa and Florence. Wouldn’t recommend this type of tour though especially if you have kids or have any mobility issues. It is a fast paced and tight schedule trip where you maybe get one small experience in each town.

It was an enjoyable and exciting trip, filled with beautiful scenery. We stopped at the magnificent Leaning Tower of Pisa, then headed to Florence to explore its historical landmarks. We had a wonderful trip to Pisa and Florence with Mary Jo as our guide. Its a really fast paced tour and alot of time spent on the bus but Mary Jo was extremely organised and knowledgeable, giving us all the info we needed ahead of getting to the sites so we were free to explore. I really recommend the experience if you have the day to spare.

If you are pressed for time and would like to have the opportunity to see Florence and Pisa from Rome, this tour is a great option. Mary Jo was our guide—and she was friendly, professional, and informative. I felt like we were in great hands with her.
I hope to return to both cities on a future trip when I have more time, but this was a wonderful introduction and overview to both places and a chance to see the famous highlights.

I think that this is a good tour made primarily for more couples and solo travelers. However, our guide- Tiziano and our driver Dino made the tour much better. Tizianos exceptional knowledge of different spots helped us make informed decisions when it came to us having free time.

If you want a tour this is not it. If you want a group bus ride to 2 places, Pisa and Florence to get dropped off at for a little bit, this is your ride.

This was a nice tour and very good tour guide, Tizano. The time given to wander and see the sights for Pisa and Florence is fine. We ate in Florence at the recommended restaurant where the meeting point is and the food and service was excellent. In Florence, the buses have a designated parking spot so you will need to walk home, probably a 20 minute walk to the meeting place. There is also a rest stop breaking going to Pisa in the morning and you can sample various food items, chocolates, crackers with olive oil, salsa, or other spreads, etc.

Highly recommend to people who wants to see Pisa and Florence but may not have enough time to do it all. It's a quick pace tour but you do have enough time to do a little of everything. Museum tickets are not included so pre-plan for that if its a priority for you. My guide was Mary Jo and she was great.

Too much unnecessary walking on the stop in Florence. There should be a change in the drop off policy. The bus should drop travellers off at the square and then park somewhere else and then come back at the end of the time allowed.

The only thing I suggest is to plan your route in Florence, buy walking food and drinks if you are there for sites. It was a smooth process and our guide Aaron was fabulous. Giuseppe our driver, got us there safe and sound. Overall, the experience was wonderful. Aaron was quite knowledgeable and enthusiastic.

The tour from Rome commenced early in the morning, allowing us to witness the dawn of a new day in Rome. The Amigo Tour, guided by the friendly and welcoming Syliva, along with our driver Mikco, was a delightful experience. Syliva was very accommodating, informing us that we would be stopping for breakfast in the Umbria region of Italy, bordering Tuscany. It was truly a wonderful place. I was hoping to find wine and olive oil, and I was successful. I also had the pleasure of tasting truffles. During our journey to Pisa, Syliva provided a visual presentation about Pisa. Syliva maintained a well-paced tour. Afterward, we proceeded to Florence. We appreciated Syliva's use of technology, such as WhatsApp, to communicate and provide a map of historical sites in Florence. If you are looking for a delicious steak, Syliva is the person to ask.
