Great value, great sights, skillful driver and wonderful guide Nina, who struck a nice balance between laissez faire and informative. Responsive, friendly and helpful. Bagnoregio is stunning and Pienza refreshing. The farm/ vineyard lunch: tops! Nice to have glimpses of 3 regions; Lazio, Tuscany and Umbria.

We really enjoyed this tour! It was a small group of 10, the bus had air conditioning and chargers in the seat! The tour was slower paced compared to other tours we took on our visit to Rome, which was nice after spending a few days in the busy city. The views were incredible and the lunch/wine tasting was good. At lunch you will sit at one long table with the rest of the group, being in a smaller group meant we got to actually talk and get to know the others on the tour! Our guild, Marilena, was very knowledgeable and personable!

I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled. My original booking was for June 9. Prior to the tour, the company contacted me and requested that I move my reservation to the day before or after due to their availability. I agreed to accommodate the change, even though it altered my travel plans. Unfortunately, while in route to the tour my cell phone was left behind on the public bus. Thank goodness for local police assistance at the meeting point we were able to track the bus and my phone was given to the driver but I missed the rescheduled tour. While I understand that missed tours may be subject to cancellation policies, I do not feel it is fair to receive only a 60% refund when the original date change was initiated by the company, not by me. Had my original booking date remained available, this situation would never have occurred. I was willing and prepared to attend on the date I originally selected and paid for. The most disappointing part was the lack of flexibility or consideration given the circumstances. A larger refund or future travel credit would have demonstrated good customer service and acknowledged that the schedule change originated from the company. I cannot comment on the actual tour experience because I was unable to attend, but based on the customer service and resolution process, I left feeling disappointed and undervalued as a customer. The booking was $105 and to be offered $42 in a gift card towards a company I don’t want to use is useless.

Need to know that some walking is very difficult - especially for small children and elderly people. The lunch food was ordinary - yes very traditional but not well explained. The stopover at the end for shopping should be removed - not essential.

We had an incredible tour, thanks to our guide, Mari (from The Tour Guy), and our driver, Mark Anthony, who kept us safe on the roads throughout the day. Mari was phenomenal. Her passion, knowledge, guidance, advice, and recommendations exceeded our expectations and truly enhanced the entire experience. The wine tasting and lunch portion of the tour felt a bit overwhelming at times, as though guests were being moved through on a conveyor belt. The food was excellent, but the winery staff didn’t provide much explanation about the process or what to expect from the experience. Fortunately, Mari stepped in and gave our small group all the information and assistance we needed. The property itself was beautiful, though the staff seemed quite overwhelmed during our visit. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the tour. The meeting location was easy to find, everything ran on time, and Mari’s exceptional service made the day memorable.

All I can say is WOW what an experience, I would recommend this tour to anyone. My guide was so fun and charismatic. I cannot remember her name now but she was French and she knew many languages. She shared so much history with us, and spent time making sure everyone was having a great time. The sights were truly unbelievable, a once in a lifetime type of day trip! 10000000/10
