We had a great time on the tour! My 15 year old son and I enjoyed the stories about events from the past. Our guide was knowledgeable and respectful to the living and the spirits we visited. I recommend this tour!

The ghost tour was great and we enjoyed our host, Jamie. The problem is that Jamie took pics of everyone and sent us all an email with instructions for accessing the photos. Unfortunately, it’s been a week and he’s yet to upload the them. The email he sent indicates that they’ll be uploaded by 12pm the day following the tour and advises to download within 2 weeks before the photos are removed. I’ve emailed them twice now, as instructed in the email, but have received no response. Customer service is part of the experience— it’s just bad business to ignore your patrons.

Jamie was awesome and knowledgeable, had a really greatest balance between what could be considered paranormal vs explainable. We had a really spooky occurrence that was not related to any of the stop points, and he let us honor that experience with time and intention to investigate. Honored the historical context.

It was so much fun. The use of the ghost hunting paraphernalia was awesome. We have never experienced anything before like we did in this tour and we have taken many ghost tours all over the world.

It was a hoot! Our Ghost guide was Mac. I felt she was completely honest, informative and fun. She was an endless steam of facts about the history of the tragedies that befell San Fransisco. She provided many facts concerning deaths and murders that should provide for many disgruntled ghosts. When we stopped at a place where our electronic ghost doctors (provided at the start of the tour) detected activity, she would pull out more ghost detecting devices from her backpack to try to make contact. To her credit she did not use any trickery and stated it seemed they did not want to talk that night when the ghost devices returned no answer. It's a fun thing to do and if you get into the spirit of it, you will have fun.

We had a great time on this ghost tour in San Francisco! The stories were really interesting, mixing spooky legends with actual history, which gave us a whole new look at the city. Walking through Chinatown at night added to the atmosphere, and our guide kept us interested with all the details. It was a fun family outing with just the right mix of spooky and fun moments. Definitely recommend it if you’re into ghost stories and history!

AMAZING!!! We had Jayme as our tour guide and he was so good! He was very good at telling us the information and capturing our attention. He would point out where our millimeters would go off by electrical and not by the paranormal. He would try to look around for explanations for our detections before he declared it paranormal. He had dousing rods and a spirit box! He would ask the spirit to repeat itself for clarification and to make sure there was no human interfering or bias. We talked to multiple spirits! He was such a good tour guide and we will be doing it again anytime we are in the area!!!

Aliya did an awesome job! Would totally recommend doing this! It was chilly but we brought sweaters! The EVP TOOL WAS SUPER COOL! The past tours Iv done they never provided them! Made the experience amazing and on kept me on my tippie toes!

I absolutely loved our tour guide. She was very knowledgeable about ghost hunting and had many ghost hunting tools to use.
When someone sensed something or thought they would see something she would stop us abd pull out a tool and attempt to talk with the ghosties.
This was a fun tour to go on. I did however give this rating one less star only because the tour ends in an area in the city that is sketchy, unfamiliar, dark and somewhat scary (we heard screams from a real woman down the street).
As women ourselves...we felt unsafe so a group of us from the tour hiked together down a few blocks before we got our Ubers. Although where we ended up was just as scary as where we started.

So much fun! Even if you don't find any ghosts you still get some amazing stories and history you'd have to dig for at the library! Aliyah was a fun guide with a great sense of humor. I'll do this in any city they work in! My 14yo niece really enjoyed it, too.
