Magdeline was an amazing tour guide who kept the tour fun. The field and views were beautiful. Even if you don't particularly care for baseball it is worth going.

Informative and fun even for long time Giants fans who have visited the park for many years. Be aware there are some stairs to navigate, but otherwise pretty accessible. Guide went at a reasonable pace and had lots of personal stories of the park that made it memorable. He was very knowledgeable and left time for questions.

What we saw was fine, cool to see visitors locker room, home dugout, press box, suites, views, and be able to get out in the field. Our guide was lacking, could have made it so much ore enjoyable if she was more engaging.

Informative and fun! Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and funny. It was interesting to see the places the players see, sit in the dugout, and go behind the scenes.

It's fun to go behind the scenes and also to learn some of the history of the Giants. It's also just a beautiful vista from the park

My guide, Jim was excellent! Very knowledgable about the team history and the park. He was also super friendly!
Park beautiful, and with the trip. I only wish we could have seen the home team clubhouse. Otherwise, great tour!

The tour was basic but nice.
I wish Viator would have refunded our money when we realized that we booked 2 tours.

It was fun and informative. It was an opportunity to walk on the outskirts of the field and learn about the history & quirks of the ballpark.

Excellent history of the Giants. Fun tour of the stadium! Loved it. Our tour guide was very enthusiastic and fun to listen to. You can tell he loves his team!

Awesome experience of Oracle Park, going through history and getting to experience all of the finer details you may have never seen. Must see if you are a giants fan or avid baseball fan. I know much more about the stadium and the organization than beforehand and my family from out of town enjoyed the views and history immensely. You get to walk onto the field (albeit briefly on the track only) and that alone was worth admission. It’s 90 minutes with a lot of walking but they can provide wheel chairs for guests who need accommodation. Be sure to arrive early at the statue by the bridge of the park so your group tour leaves in town together

We really enjoyed this tour. Our group only had 5 people in it but Mark, the guide, made it fun and enjoyable. He was enthusiastic and we loved seeing all the behind the scenes things in the stadium. The view is unreal from the stadium seats over the bay. Would definitely recommend!

great experience for baseball fans! Amazing history and stories! We walked around multiple areas of the park pre opening. Our tour guide was passionate and you can tell he loved baseball history and the giants. I can’t recommend this enough to anyone who’s interested in learning more about baseball and this beautiful park and it’s history

Very interesting two hours. From the five sections for earthquake survivability to the Tony Bennett suite the tour was full of interesting tidbits

Really fun tour, it was great learning about the history and seeing it so up close, great tour guide

The guide Victor was great, very knowledgeable and gave unique information that any MLB fan would appreciate. The only reason I didn’t give this tour 5 stars was because they should give you a warning when booking that the experience would not be as advertised. We paid full price and didn’t get to do the visitors batting cage or dugout experience because they were prepping the field for a women’s soccer game the next day and with that said we were looking at a soccer field and not baseball diamond. If I had known this beforehand I still would have booked the experience because I don’t know when I would be back, however they should discount it. Stadiums plan non-baseball events at least 12-18 mo in advance so they should be able to put an asterisk on the experience expected. Other than that great guide and great views.

Great tour!! Rodney was very engaging and knowledgeable. The kids loved his stories and questions! :)
Pete_J, Aug 2025
If there is a game the day you do the tour, you won’t be able to go into the locker room or dugout. !

Very good tour with Ken. Well worth doing. Oracle is an outstanding baseball field and a “must see” in the Bay Area.

Great opportunity to get on the field as well as learn the history of the team. They take you to all of the best spots in the stadium to enjoy the great views!

Download the app. It sends helpful notifications. The view in the stadium was the best part. The directions to get to the event were clear.
Ben_M, Jul 2025
AMAZING! As a Giants fan, sitting in the dugout and taking pictures on the field was so cool. Tour guide was great

Mike was very engaging and knowledgeable. He made the tour fun. It was a great end to our stay in San Fran.
Amber_F, Jul 2025
The tour is a great behind the scenes look of the park from multiple perspectives - a clubhouse, newsroom, visitor's locker room and dugout, and out to the field. Beautiful park and our tour guide, Lynn, was super knowledgeable of the team history and a huge fan all around. It was awesome to see and a bonus was going to a game the following night with a win!
