Only a moderate amount of walking. Some uphill, so wear appropriate shoes. You might also want to pick the best "off tourist" time to do the tour as Haight-Ashbury can get crowded.

The guide Greg was very informational on the trip. He took time out for each and every member of our group. Checked in with the group multiple times to make sure everyone was doing OK. Learned the history of San Francisco and Haight Ashbury area. Made recommendations for our stay in the area. Very descriptive and at a very good pace. Would highly recommend.

If anyone is interested in the history of the Haight Ashbury mid 60’s Greg is the one to tell you the story. The tour he gave us was awesome! He was very kind and considerate of our ability to navigate a few hills(I’m 74), and asked if we needed water, sunscreen , etc. Very thoughtful. I urge anyone interested in this counter culture movement to seek Greg and the tour out!
