Well worth the price.
Great way to see all the highlights of DC in a short amount of time. Well worth the price. Vehicle and guide were top notch. My only knock is that there is a $50 upcharge when booking through Viator. You're paying for their cut because you found it through a search engine. If you contact the company directly you'll save $50.

DC Night tours
Loved the tour! The guide was so insightful. Learned things about the building and placement of the monuments that I would never have known. The bus driver was also amazing and was able to place us in such convient spots. I can't say enough. Its a must experience.

Exceptional Tour
2 of us rented the vehicle for a special tour, places we wanted to go. We wanted history of the sites more than walking up to them. Alan was the best, he gave us more history than we would have ever received of the monuments, sites and any questions we had pertaining to DC. I would recommend asking for him and a private tour, well worth every penny.

Excellent nighttime small group tour!!
Guide George and driver Tyrone were both great!! George really provided excellent commentary on each site we visited and also those we passed by. We appreciated that George made sure to light our way after dark since sometimes paths were dark or uneven. Tyrone was always helpful getting us on and off the van. Note: loved taking the tour with the smaller group (about 12).

The nation's capital boasts a wealth of monuments, memorials, and museums. That abundance can be overwhelming—but Washington DC tours offer an easier way to see the best of the city. Enjoy a flexible sightseeing experience when you travel by hop-on hop-off bus or trolley, or explore by night to beat the crowds and see landmarks from the Lincoln Memorial to the White House lit up after dark. Then, dig deeper: Whether you visit the US Capitol, explore Smithsonian highlights like the Air and Space Museum, or pay tribute at Arlington National Cemetery, it's worth stopping for a closer look.
