Robert was a great guide who knows the city very well and took us to some great places. The tour was a great way to learn more about the Georgetown Community and enjoy great food at some amazing local establishments.

This am we met Robert and had an amazing tour! We learned interesting tidbits about Georgetown and its past residents while tasting DELICIOUS food!! Every stop, the food was so good! The Turkish coffee, the almond croissant , the chocolates plus meeting the owners/ confectioners and the tacos , I can’t pick a favorite! Our schedule was a little tight and we couldn’t go to the last spot but I’m sure it would have been yummy too! Anyone visiting for the first or twentieth time will find this tour memorable! Thanks Robert!

We had a wonderful tour with our guide Robert today. We visited 5 different establishments and tried a variety of delicious, tasty foods. Robert shared so much history and fun facts along the way.
This was truly a memorable experience. Helpful hint- try not to eat before the tour. The foods are very filling!

Fun morning walking tour. Robert was very knowledgeable and attentive. History and food stops along the tour were great!

I’m glad we did this otherwise I never would have seen Georgetown. The only downside (and obviously wouldn’t be the same for everyone) was that it was too much food. Appreciate a full portion size but 4 full size things were a lot personally. Our guide was engaging and also noticed when people were having trouble keeping up and slowed his pace a bit which was considerate.

For some reason there were a lot of ghost stories on this breakfast walking tour. All of the food and drink offerings were very good!

First, let me start by saying that, Robert, our tour guide was amazing!!! The stories and history he shared about Georgetown and the surrounding areas made the tour worthwhile, and thats before we made any stops for food. Then, every stop we made was so special and unique. We started with an amazing Turkish coffee and special treats at it only got better from there. I won't spoil all the surprises, but you'd better co e hungry. Lots of treats, most full size portions... this tour is well worth the money and we will probably do it again at some point with family and or friends... enjoy!!! And thank you, Robert!!!!

Robert was a great guide. He brought us to unique places that we would certainly go back to. He also made accommodations for a gluten allergy. You certainly don’t leave this tour hungry! Highly recommend this tour.

Robert was an amazing tour guide. He was very professional, friendly, and kind. His knowledge about the Georgetown area and who lived where, and who did that and this is top-notch.
The tour was walking throughout Georgetown and gave us an opportunity to immerse ourselves in the neighborhoods. We stopped at various places to nibble and snack as we made our way through this beautiful historic town.
The food options were delicious and Robert was a super host! We started with a Turkish bagel and coffee, a stroll through history and scandal, then stopped for some amazing hot chocolate and truffles, followed by more history and sight seeing before heading to enjoy a butter croissant. Afterward, we headed to the canal area and had vegetarian tacos, which were yummy! Our tour ended with a yummy cupcake!
This tour is definitely worth it; come hungry and in your walking shoes.
Enjoy!

I planned a staycation weekend with my sister for her birthday and included this as a part of our weekend. I am so thankful I did, even in the cold weather. This was such a great tour and Robert was a fantastic guide. He spent a great deal of time with us, despite a few last-minute cancellations. I highly recommend this for both locals and visitors. We learned a lot and the food was fantastic!

This tour is great for vegetarians as I found most of the other DC food tours included meat based stops. It was really lovely to start in Georgetown at a quiet time (Sunday morning). Robert was an experienced and considerate tour guide with some great stories. He gave us lots of choices with the food since we were a small group and even recommended a fab rooftop bar for me to spend the rest of the afternoon in, which worked perfectly! Thank you, Robert.
