Sherazade was our guide. She was amazing!!! I am disabled so touring around DC is difficult. I had my 11 year old with me who wanted to see many historical sites. Because of my physical condition, Sherazade walked with my daughter to take photos while I remained in the cart. She was a wonderful guide. Her knowledge surpasses most with History degrees. I would give a million stars if I could!!!!

A little more personal and interactive then a big bus tour. Covered all the major sights and driver was willing to take group pictures for us at several which was nice. Driver seemed knowledgeable, had a sense of humor and not overly political, which was appreciated.

Our guide was more interested in the World Bank and his dissatisfaction with the Trump administration than the sights we were seeing. The electric vehicle was great!

Leigh was our guide and she was amazing. So knowledgeable, easy going and fun. The city was very crowded but Leigh maneuvered through heavy traffic like a pro. I can't say enough good things about Leigh. Definitely recommend her!

It was nice travelling on an open air car to see the sights. Jared was knowledgeable and was able to answer questions but there was a group of 4 that showed up late to the tour causing a delay in starting. They joined at the 3rd stop and then when given deadlines for time for the visits, they were constantly late and we were always waiting which was unenjoyable. People that don’t comply need to be reprimanded better so they understand that it is rude and inconvenient for everyone else including the driver. That made my experience in enjoyable and I ended hopping off earlier because I was frustrated by the trip

Cute little car with a nice, informative guide. We had a great time! We got out of the car several times for a short walk to see the different monuments and take pictures. We brought my 81 y/o grandma. It was a little hot this time of year for her (early September) Other than that, we enjoyed the experience very much!

Our tour guide Jerad was excellent! The tour was very informative, he explained everything as we passed by each monument.
If you're looking for a quick tour covering all the main monuments and attractions in Washington DC, this eCart tour is a great option. We covered all the major monuments — some as a pass-by and with photo stops at the main spots. We captured the best photos during sunset and the ride was very enjoyable!

I guess we came at a bad time. the Grand Prix is in 3 days. A lot of roads shut down and a lot of detours. Traffic was horrible! Was only able to hop off to see a monument one time. The tour guy was fun and friendly and very knowledgeable. Maybe if there’s something major going on in the city don’t schedule tours.

Washington, DC can change quickly when major events are being prepared, and some road closures are added with little notice. Our guides always try to adjust the route and still show as much as possible within the 2-hour tour. We definitely understand your point, and for the main Grand Prix event days, we have chosen not to operate tours because of the extensive closures. We truly appreciate your feedback and thank you for touring with us.
Good comunication, quirky golf carts, excellent guide, got to see all main sights with bit if time to wonder around a few of them.

This tour was perfect for what we were looking for. We had a very limited amount of time to explore the city and this gave us the biggest bang for our time and buck. We got to see the highlights quickly and comfortably for the 2 hours we had to spend. Many things we saw as we drove past and the more significant stops we had between 5 and 15 minutes to explore. Our guide was punctual, knowledgeable, and courteous. If I had more time I would likely choose a different tour that gave me more time at more stops or I would use this as a quick overview tour at the beginning of a trip then go back to monuments to spend more time.

This was ok, barely average. The best parts were being able to walk up and into some monuments/memorials (ex. Lincoln, Jefferson, MLK) but everything else was too limited or just passing by. Note that the tour most likely will be limited due to street closures, etc. so we didn't get to go near the White House. I'd say 60% disappointing. Beware of tour guide bias during narration, which caught me off guard. This tour is ok if you only have limited time in DC though.

Thank you for your feedback. Our Washington, DC tour lasts approximately two hours, and we do our best to show guests as many major landmarks as possible within that time. As you mentioned, you were able to visit the Lincoln Memorial, Jefferson Memorial, and Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial. You also saw the Washington Monument and the U.S. Capitol, which means the tour covered all the major monuments and memorials included as scheduled stops. Road closures, traffic, and security restrictions can happen at any time in Washington, DC and may affect access to certain areas. The White House is also surrounded by security fencing, so even when we are able to get closer, the view can still be limited,. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

The tour guide was knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. She shared so many details and added exponentially to what I thought. I already knew. She was able to navigate through the busy streets effortlessly and I felt safe. She was also kind of enough to take pictures of me at the various landmarks.
