Amazing experience!

Do it!!!! I was with someone who had never been to DC before and this was the perfect way for them to get in all of the major monuments. Also, even if you’ve seen them before, seeing them at night is completely different and so worth it in addition to the knowledgeable guide who will give you fun and interesting facts throughout the tour. We had Joel, and he was fantastic. I cannot say enough good things. Highly recommend!!!

A Day with Brittany & Cortez

My family and I booked this tour for last week and we all thoroughly enjoyed it! All of us would highly recommend, especially for those from out of state and don't know where to start. Brittany and Cortez were absolutely incredible during this experience. I cannot recommend both of them enough! Brittany was extremely knowledgeable, charismatic, and hilarious. I learned quite a bit about DC that I did not know before AND I had a great time doing it. As someone who had never been to DC before, this tour allowed me to hit the highlights and feel like I had truly experienced this beautiful city. (There was also ample time at each location to both explore and buy souvenirs for those interested!) Another bonus was the bus! I had actually twisted and/or sprained my ankle the day before the tour, so I was having some difficulty walking around. Had I not been able to experience DC in this way, I would have had trouble moving around and finding everything. Although there is still a decent amount of walking, this tour provides targeted locations/monuments and gives respite between all of the major ones for those who cannot walk quite as much for any reason. Lastly, I would be remiss if I didn't say I truly appreciated them as people. Traffic from our hotel was not great that morning, but Brittany and Cortez were willing to wait for my family and I. They definitely could have left and it would have been our fault, but their understanding of the situation made them stand out even more as quality humans. Worth every penny in my opinion!

We loved our tour to the top of the Washington Monument! Also, the communication from Viator was outstanding! On the day of our visit, we arrived at the monument a little early and was allowed to go ahead and enter the security line. I highly recommend this tour. It is a great way to see many important memorials with a knowledgeable guide to explain the key facts. Chris our driver and Tyrone our guide were friendly and informative. Tyrone had an incredible depth of knowledge and provided clear and entertaining information throughout the tour. Chris did an amazing job navigating through the traffic safely and getting us to all the sights. Tyrone took care to recommend picture spots and took pictures of my wife and I at several spots to help us capture the memories.

Great experience! Our guide Christina led us from the meeting point through three great museums. She provided interesting and in-depth descriptions and history of the buildings we passed on the way, all while walking backwards. :-) In each museum she led us to key displays of artifacts and provided interesting explanations on their importance. Christina was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We highly recommend this tour.

The monuments look so beautiful at night. A completely different experience. Our tour guide Smiley was funny and really made a point to include the kids so they paid attention and hopefully will remember some of the amazing points in history they had the amazing Smiley making it fun to learn. Highly recommend this tour. Make sure to visit the memorial wall and Arlington National Cemetary to show and hopefully learn just how many people sacrificed their life so we may live free.
