This was one of the best food tour I’ve ever had. There were lots of food and lots of stories of the town. We stopped by 4 different locations for the food tasting and everything was excellent.
Wayne was a really great tour guide and made sure we will really well taken care of. I will highly recommend this tour to anyone coming into Washington DC.

Georgetown is a lively neighborhood with interesting fun facts. We went to 4 different places and had a good amount of food. Personally for me the highlight was a plant based restaurant. It was an unexpected surprise and the food was great. Our guide Christian grew up in the area and has a vast knowledge about the neighborhood history. The tour was slow paced, which allowed us to see points of interest along the way.

This was my first walking food tour & I’m so happy my overly organized friend set this up. Robert is great- knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and has great relationships with the restaurants. The walk itself is easy- but be prepared for a full 3+ hours (ours took 4.5!). The restaurants are unique, the portions are PLENTY, and you’ll learn authentic knowledge about Georgetown. Bonus points for the women’s history & recognition of those that aren’t simply old white men from US history books.

This was much more food than we expected! We were delightfully surprised by sitting down at 3 out of 4 food stops to share a LOT of food within our group. No need to stop for dinner afterward. Our tour guide Robert was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable about the neighborhood, both the food and the history.

Our Georgetown walking food tour was great fun, so informative and the amount and quality of food was awesome!! Wayne, our tour guide was entertaining and full of knowledge on the history of the area along with ghost stories, and knew the owners of the spots where we ate which made our visits super warm and welcoming. Highly recommend as a unique way to enjoy lunch or dinner.

Robert is amazing. He is so well informed on the history of Georgetown. He was a lot of fun. The restaurants were great with the exception of the Mexican restaurant. Portions were very generous. Come hungry.
