Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about DC and went above and beyond to ensure the trip was great for all of us. We really liked the small group option and there was only our party of 3 and another party of 2. Made the experience more personalized.

Our night tour was awesome! Our guide (forgive me I don’t remember his name) was absolutely sensational. He gave us such great commentary, was friendly and fun! My daughter and I enjoyed it very much.

Very informative! Our driver was accommodating and kind. Loved the history and saw some amazing things! A moving experience overall. Even when it was pouring rain our guide was diligent at giving directions.

Nice way to get to see all the main monuments and they are really beautiful at night. The tour allowed for 15 minutes at each monument which was plenty of time

10 Stars! Jared, with Top Tour, was fantastic. Really went above and beyond. You could see his passion for history and did a great job explaining all the sites. I would do it again. We had a great time despite the pouring rain.

Jared was the best tour guide. It started raining about 1/3 of the way through our tour and he still made it an amazing experience. He was so knowledgeable about the history of the sites and answered any questions we asked. Would 100% recommend this tour to anyone!

Outstanding Tour!!! D.C. at night is amazing. Jared was friendly from the start, super knowledgeable and even had some D.C. Easter eggs for us. My teenage sons even loved and you know teenagers don't like alot!
Jared gave us just enough time at each memorial/site to still make the 3 hr tour time out perfectly. I highly recommend this tour company and would do it again!!!

I wish I could say this was a great tour. The sites were beautiful to look at and we enjoyed riding in the comfort of an air-conditioned van. Our tour guide was Diego. He was very sweet and helpful. However, he didn’t know anything about Washington DC. You could tell that he was just trying to make things up as he went along. He did offer us water however the water was straight out of the pack and was not cold. I know first world problems. The times he did try to tell us information about Washington DC. He typically got it wrong or didn’t know what he was saying. He tried very hard. He just didn’t know anything. I guess it’s true what they say. It depends on the person you get as your tour guide. Again he was very sweet. He just didn’t know anything.

Was not what I expected was a van and not sure driver knew about history. Had lots of places that were closed. He did make sure we saw what was available

Regarding the vehicle, please note that vans are the standard arrangement for this tour route, as described in the product details. As for the driver's historical commentary, we take your comment seriously and will reinforce our training to improve quality.
We also regret that some attractions were closed during your visit—these closures are typically due to seasonal or maintenance schedules beyond our control, though we will strive to communicate such information more clearly in the future.
We are glad, however, that the driver made sure you could visit all available sites. We appreciate your understanding and hope to serve you better next time.
This tour was definitely a disappointment
Our tour guide was not good at all.First,after boarding we had to call a number to have them notify him we did have tickets.We had them on our phone to show him and purchased them about two weeks ago. He would not let us even give him our name! We even had the bar code.He never gave us the time at each stop to get off the bus that the itinerary said we would get.Also no water and snack as listed When asked if he had waters he said no there were water fountains all around.He drove very erratically and unsafe.He drove in two lanes and almost ran over pedestrians in the cross walk section all while blowing his horn at them.No personality what so ever! If anyone asked a question or tried to tell him something he would cut them off and just start talking about something different
Definitely not worth what we paid and would never recommend this tour group to anyone!
Also was told we would get a tour ticket to Air and Space Museum. That never happened either!!! No mention of it.

However, after reviewing our records, we noticed that your reservation was marked as a "no-show" for the tour. Unfortunately, we were unable to locate any record of your participation on the day of the scheduled tour.
Please be patient, roadworks and road closures are playing havoc with organizing any kind of DC experience.
We got to see plenty of the DC sites and monuments, with plenty of time at each destination.

Great tour, got off to a bit of a rocky start when we were 15 minutes late in getting picked up, and there wasn’t much communication from your company… but apart from that, great tour, saw loads, tour ran over by about 45 mins, very informative, great chat, didn’t mind questions. Just need to brush up on communications.

Traveled time specified is not always the actual travel time. Not the fault of the driver but delayed by other passengers. If you are wanting to really take in the memorials do not do a tour but if you are wanting to visit a lot for less $$$ then this is perfect. Beautiful at night but fair warning some of the memorials are difficult to see at night.
