What are people saying about Washington DC

Matthew is the best!
Matthew is the best—his bike tours are phenomenal! We did the e-bike tour, and it was the perfect way to see all the highlights with minimal effort. This was actually our fifth bike tour, and we’ve never had a bad experience. It’s such an awesome way to explore a city.
You get to cover so much ground in a short amount of time, stop at the monuments, hop off to look around and take photos, then hop back on and keep going. You see so much more than you ever could from a bus or by walking.
Anytime someone tells me they’re coming to DC, this is exactly what I’ll recommend. We’d absolutely do this same tour again!

This was fantastic from...
This was fantastic from start to finish. So much easier to book than hoping to snag tickets ourselves. I will happily use this again on a future visit and will definitely recommend to anyone who wants to have an easy way to have a bird’s eye view of D.C.

Great Best Of
Meg was a fantastic guide! She communicated the entire time. She let us know where we were going each time, what we were going to see, and when to meet her back. It is definitely a quick overview of each museum, but was perfect to help let us know which ones we wanted to come back to and what to expect. You could easily spend days in these museums, but this is perfect tour of highlights. And Meg did amazing sharing it with us! Thank you! We loved Unscripted & Meg so much, we did several tours with them throughout the week.

Great mix of bus ride and walking around monuments
Vernon was an amazing tour guide. He was very experienced, humorous, and engaging. He told stories, gave advice about local places, and answered all questions about the area. The tour was a great mix of riding on the bus and walking around monuments to take pictures. Would absolutely recommend this tour. It was worth the time and money.

Tour before the Storm!
Meg is great, informative, and the pace is adequate. We were able to see the Changing of the Guards as the culmination of our tour. Our tour was approximately 2 hours and timed perfectly before scheduled rain. There are inclines as the grading changes which is typical of cemeteries, in my opinion. (Just a note for anyone who may have ambulatory concerns). It is hot in D.C. with aggressive humidity. Take a bottle of water along your walk. Having a tour guide is essential to a focused and informative experience. I don’t like blindly wondering around as it wastes time. It’s TOO HOT to meander around aimlessly. Book a tour with Meg.

Capital segway
Went with another couple. Had a great time. Way better to get around than walking. Probably would not have been able to all this in one day unless by car. They took us by most popular spots. I like that they had bag on front to put purse and water bottle. It was hot and definitely needed to bring water. They offered water for $2 which is super cheap. Will was a great guide, had a great day with him. He was very knowledgeable, patient, nice, and glad he helped us. Loved riding the Segway. I was the only one out of group that's ever done it before but they provided great instructions and nobody had an issue. Definitely would recommend capital Segway for a different experience

Professional and enjoyable tour!
My mom and I had a wonderful time on this tour with Vicky! She was so knowledgeable, charismatic, and attentive to our group, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend supporting this local female owned company and we would definitely love to tour with them again to have another amazing time!

Adam was an amazing guide. He was very knowledgeable and we ended up learning a lot. The golf cart ride was perfect for a hot day because we would not have been able to walk to all of those places. We have two kids (6 & 10) and they had a blast. Adam kept them engaged the entire time. Would definitely recommend.

Great Tour!
It was a July 4 week, very busy and hot. Our tour guide was fantastic and kept the group together and was very informative. Many say you can do this on your own, but I feel I left with more knowledge, saved time from getting lost and seeing the highlights.

Our driver and guide were...
Our driver and guide were magnificent, calm, and concerned about our health in the heat.
However, the vehicle we were in at little to no air-conditioning and in 109° weather that doesn’t opt for good customer service. We quit the early cause we could no longer stand the heat.

Lincoln Enthusiast evening
The leader was so passionate and had more than just general memorized info about Lincoln. It was so fun to hear the excitement in his retelling of what happened that night and the ensuing days. If you are a Civil War enthusiast or presidential history buff, don’t miss this one.

This tour was delightful!...
This tour was delightful! In addition to the haunted stops and stories, it was lovely to wander through Georgetown. Our guide, Sonia, was wonderful! She was knowledgeable, witty, and super friendly. She learned and retained all our names and hometowns, and was nice to talk to along the tour.
